Stayed Jan 16, 2026Unfortunately communication with host was the worst, had to contact VRBO to get help. Never received the instructions to have access to property, she didn’t reply at all. Had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby after a long flight from California. The stairs for the loft are not very stable, there’s no access to restroom form the loft, you have to take the stairs down to use the restroom. The wine glasses were dirty, like they had not been washed in over a year. The sliding glass door is very heavy and needs some maintenance to help it slide easier.
