Stayed Oct 10, 2025We stay at PCB very often. We booked Aqua because we had heard great things from family. Well....our experience was not a great one. We arrived and the unit smells of smoke. The sofa was really dirty, there was a bug in the living room, the shower looked gross, bunk bed was broken ...I could go on but i wont. We were very disappointed. We ended up leaving and getting another confo close by.The management company was great though! I will say, they handled the situation great and we would rent from them again just not this specific condo!!

Reviewer Comments: I called to reserve our condo a few weeks before our trip and it was so easy to schedule. The garage code was texted the morning we checked in, and later we got our door code. No checking in to waste our vacation time! Great view from the balcony. The pool was nice, but that was the only way to the beach as the main walkway was being renovated in June '24 so our little guy always wanted to get in instead of go to the beach! We enjoyed walking across the street to the souvenir shops, lots to do just a short drive away, and Walmart was a quick drive to pick up things we needed. Condo 411 had plenty of space for our family of 6, and included a full kitchen of tools and dishes. (you need to bring the bowl coffee filters) I would recommend!

Property was clean and had most amenities. Was just missing a cookie sheet. Also, the owners need to upgrade the master bedroom mattress and sheets. The balcony furniture also needs to be updated. We will return to this property again. Overall it was a great vacation for us.

Loved it, just far enough off the street not to hear late night traffic and close enough to get the elevator whenever we needed it. I will try to book the same room if we can. Aqua is the only place we want to stay at now. Easy in and out of the parking garage also!
