Stayed Aug 29, 2025What a perfect weekend trip for our family including infant and pup. Easy access to all the amenities of Pawleys. Clean and peaceful. We enjoyed just sitting out on the porch with a cup of local coffee. Just double check the supplies they provide to get you started , you might want to bring your own/extra (dish soap, sponge, paper towels) to supplement. We would stay again! The Peace office staff was lovely and easy to work with.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The cleanliness and quality of the condo was not worth what they are charging for stays, especially being charged an extra pet fee. When we got there the door was unlocked and you could tell they were not done cleaning and it was 3 pm for check in. After inspecting further, the floors hadn't been cleaned. The showers had leftover sand and hair in them. The bed sheets hadn't been washed, they had small black dog hair on them. You could tell they just remade the bed after the last guests left. We washed the sheets ourselves. The queen bed is just two twins pushed together and not comfortable with old stained sheets. The toilets were dirty with pee on the seats. The couch is just patio furniture and also had dirt and hair on it. Disappointed we had to pay for pet fee and we didn't get the quality we were supposed to from the last guests.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We enjoyed our vacation in Pawleys Island. This condo made our stay more enjoyable. Allowing pets, having a washer and dryer, all of the kitchen utensils, great location made this a great spot!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The only thing i would recommend is to let the people know you only have access to one pool. I tried to take my two baby nieces and it was difficult being told we couldn't swim in that pool and have to load them up/etc.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Hi, the place was very nice and it is even better bc we could bring our dog. The location was terrific. Easy in and out of the development. The keurig was great (most places have just a coffee pot)! The sheets were comfortable and the towels were very absorbent. The place was very clean. The one thing I would change is placing more trash bags under the sink, and maybe having a trash can in the kitchen that is taller with a lid? Especially if the place is dog friendly, having a lid on the garbage can is important. Thanks so much!

Stayed Dec 22, 2022Cleaning could have been better. Stains on main bedroom carpet and rug in living room ad hall were dirty, there was what looked to blood spot on twin bed coverings and could use a washing, sofa cover could have been freshened up, sinks not very clean and found dirty dishes (this is usually prior guests laziness), had to clean washer before we could do laundry. Management did send someone promptly to unstop bath tub drain and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived a little early. Area is very quiet.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022Nice place. Second time staying in True Blue. Was nice to have a pet friendly condo. Everything was neat and tidy when we got there and great throughout the stay.
