Amazing sunsets are guaranteed to take your breath away! The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating and tables for outdoor dining while you are experiencing the breathtaking views. This, coupled with a fun beachy decor and you have the perfect atmosphere to create lifelong memories with family and friends. The gourmet kitchen and both baths have recently been updated. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all cooking essentials, quartz counter tops and upgraded appliances. Master suite has direct access to the large balcony and unending views and is equipped with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass doors and a king size bed and TV. The second bath is located directly across the hall from the second bedroom and has a tile surround tub for those who like to soak or for ease of bathing children. The spacious second bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a large closet and TV. The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and 2 leather reclining chairs! Add the Smart Internet TV with an abundance of channels and this amazing property provides the perfect vacation!

Seasonal Beach Chair Service Included. Two padded loungers and large umbrella (March 1 to October 31) Tell the beach attendant you are in Unit 1501 and they will take excellent care of you!

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of the beach, as the locals fondly refer to it because parking and traffic are never an issue, where you will be just minutes away from the marina district, including three of PCB's finest restaurants- Captain Anderson's and Grand Marlin and Schooner's just to mention a few. Come and enjoy fine dining and open air dining on the waterfront. All boating attractions in PCB, deep sea fishing, rentals and excursions are located nearby. In general, the major shopping options ( Publix, and Winn-Dixie, and Walmart, etc.)

PROPERTY AMENITIES: Free high-speed internet is provided. Tennis, bocci ball, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts are all available on the building's outdoor sport decks. Overlooking the beach on the gulf side of the building, there is a large family pool (heated during cooler months), kiddie pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the pool there is a tiki bar serving drinks and snacks (open seasonally). The pool deck itself is furnished with loungers and tables for guest use. For your enjoyment, there is a nicely appointed fitness room on the second floor.

Please note: This condo is thoroughly cleaned after each guest stay with anti-bacterial cleaning products that kill 99.9% of germs.
