This wonderful newly decorated 1st floor condominium is in building#1 and is easily accessible, yet conveniently located across the parking lot from Cinnamon Cove’s Clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool. New laminate and tile floor and many new appliances. Screened Lanai faces lake and pool, tennis and clubhouse. Master bedroom has a King Bed, LCD TV, walk in shower and large walk in closet. Only 13 miles to City of Palms Park (Boston Red Sox Spring Training), and only 8.2 miles to Hammond Stadium (Minnesota Twins Spring Training), beach and baseball, a good one two punch.

Cinnamon Cove's fitness center has a complete range of exercise equipment for the residents' use. The pool, hot tub, tennis and bocce ball courts and BBQ are located here as well. The recreation building also houses a library. All of these features are located right across the parking lot from your unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and fishing poles are also included with the condo. Living, recreation and entertainment have never been so easy.     This is a very well appointed condo (comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked and very organized) in a friendly 55+ community and the owner was most pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our visit and would love to return.

    Very clean and comfortable condo. A great location and very nice neighbors. The owners are very attentive to any needs that may come up. We really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was that we had to leave! We highly recommend staying at this condo.

    The condo is located close to the pool and clubhouse. The workout room at the clubhouse is small but very convenient to use. It was nice to walk around the entire Cinnamon Cove area. So close to everything you need. I walked to Target, Publix, and even Walmart. The Love Boat Ice Cream place is awesome and just down the street. We were able to take the bus to the beech sometimes and not have to worry about driving and it was very cheap to ride. The condo itself has a nice kitchen and the living room was roomy. The master bedroom is huge and the closets are plenty big. Nice to have two bathrooms and the spare bedroom for guests. Washer and dryer worked great and so convenient to have. Beautiful view of the pond also. Nice pool and hot tub too. Nice to be on the first floor too which was convenient for carrying in luggage, groceries, etc. Covered parking spot was nice and plenty of room for guest parking too. I would definitely recommend this condo.

    Condo owners are wonderful, and easy to communicate with. They truly have your best interest at heart. We rented twice from them and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Love the location, right next to The clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The condo is well furnished. The neighbors are all friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend renting from these fine people. Enjoy your stay.

    This home away from home was everything we expected and more. The owners were more than gracious and obliging to make our stay at Cinnamon Cove as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. It was a bonus that the nice Florida weather co-operated with us to make our vacation a memorable experience.

    This unit was everything it was supposed to be. Very comfortable and close to the clubhouse,pool and tennis courts. A beautiful view of the lake where all different kinds of shore birds could be observed was a asset as well. We had great times at Sanibel Island,Ding Darling Conservation area and the Thomas Edison Henry Ford Estates. We saw beautiful sunsets at Bowman Ditch Point and took in the night life with all the great restaurants down on the beach especially the Parrot Key Caribbean Grill. The property was clean and well maintained and the owners were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions. I would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to go back next year.
