We were very comfortable in the condo! Only problem we encountered was the spatula that we needed to turn eggs over easy was broke so it messed up my eggs! Also I needed a whisk to make gravy without lumps! Not really anything bad just not home!

Was very easy to get in and out, close to a lot of shops and restaurants also! 10/10 would come back! Beach is clean!

Description is accurate for this unit. They do have a keurig coffee maker that is not shown. Communications and checkin very easy. Great view of the beach. No beach chairs and umbrella included. The kitchen is not what I would consider “well stocked” but everything we needed was provided… just not abundant. I would stay here again!

We loved our first family fall break trip! The unit was super easy to get to and very nice and clean. Had a view of the pool and could see the beach. Very close to shopping and our favorite restaurants. We were a little disappointed with the pool, we assumed it was so cold because the hurricanes just came through and they may have had to drain and refill but we met another couple who had been coming 13+ years and said it is always cold. We will definitely be visiting again though!

This condo is in a gated community. I felt very safe. I am so thankful we choose this condo. The beach is only a few steps away. You can see the pool and hot tub from the balcony. I could watch my teenagers in the hot tub, while sitting on the balcony. They also have a beautiful view of the ocean. The on-site gym also was great. Across the street there are outlet stores, a grocery store and lots of restaurants to choose from. We found the condo to be very clean. I did not see any tile issues another guest reported. Perhaps the tile was fixed after their stay. I am glad we choose this condo. We drove by others we has looked at. This is the only condo that was directly on the beach. Other condos you had to cross the road to get to the beach. The beach is beautiful. Crystal clear blue water and white sand. We loved your condo. Thanks for sharing it with our family!

To start, we did not book this condo, but were moved here by property manager (RealJoy) as there was construction where we originally chose. Had the listing shown updated photos (not when it was built), we would NOT have chosen this condo. The overall condition is in serious need of repairs, updating, etc. The mold on the tile in bathrooms, dirty grout everywhere (you can see original color), bugs in kitchen sink that showed up each morning, Shower heads that do not work, broken tile, rotting door frames, original mattresses, couches that we were not comfortable sitting on. We left 3 days (2 nights) early to cut our losses.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was quite dated. The tile in the bathroom was old and the grout had black mold growing on it. I purchased a scrub brush and tile cleaner, but it was impossible to get clean. The shower doors also had mold growing on the gaskets. The grout and the shower doors need to be replaced.

It was a little stressful.. Day one..WFI..that was resolved fairly quickly.. Mon/tues there was jackhammers in the condo above starting 8:00am..off & on all day. Mon am there was an inch or water in condo hall and front bedroom..we mopped up twice and then finally someone came in the afternoon, cut a hole in drywall and fixed the leak..the mess and wet towels remained there the rest of the week.. The condo definitely needs updated..with new decor and more comfortable furniture .. The master bathroom shower doors were rusty and fell off the tracks easily.. I really think we need a partial refund … due to the problems…
