This top floor condo has all the comforts of home and sleeps 6. The balcony has a view of the pool and a view of the oldest park in Wildwood outside the master bedroom. Perfect access to the convention center, boardwalk, and beach

Queen bed in master and 2 full bunk beds with trundle twin in second bedroom. New tile in living area, new walk in shower, couch, wicker chair with cushions, 55 inch TV and DVD player. Newer water heater, dishwasher, Central Heater, and AC units, also including refrigerator, gas range, oven, washer and dryer, microwave,, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, cutting boards, silverware, and various utensils. Hardwood floors in kitchen and dining area with seating for 6, tile in living room and bedrooms. 40 inch wall mounted smart TV in master bedroom. 20 inch TV in 2nd bedroom and a high chair to use if needed. New walkin shower. Central air and heat with ecobee smart wifi thermostat, washer and dryer, pillows, and blankets. Pool with outdoor shower.

Well-lit at night. Semi-private entry stairwell. Plenty of space for personal belongings in the garage such as bikes, boogie boards, and beach equipment. Covered parking area in front of garage.

Wildwood is a family-oriented destination. Enjoy 5 miles of free white sandy beach along the Atlantic or a 2.5-mile boardwalk with entertainment for all including, amusements rides, specialty shops, eateries, water parks, or something simple like reading a book and watching the kids by the pool.

In an effort to keep everyone safe, St. Andrews is a NON-SMOKING complex. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the St. Andrews property, inside or outside, within the unit itself, or on any of the balconies. The public sidewalk and surrounding areas of the complex is available for smoking. There is language in the association guidelines that may impose fines for smoking violations. This is for everyone's health and benefit, especially any children that may be staying in any of the units. No pets are allowed as per association rules.

Saturday to Saturday Weekly rentals during prime summer weeks. Internet and cable included all year.

Check-out time is 10 a.m. and check-in is 2 p.m.

Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Toiletries, and Food are not provided. Most vacationers prefer to bring their own linens and towels. There are blankets and pillows for your use.

Trash & Recyclables must be put in the correct trash containers and put out on the correct day. A paper is posted on the refrigerator with the days listed. Any fines imposed due to not following instructions with be taken from security, (damage), deposit or if owner must separate these items before placing out front a fine will be imposed to the tenant. If these rules are not followed and the landlord needs to take the trash to the dump a 25-dollar fee may be taken out of the security, (damage), deposit. The trash cans must also be placed in the garage when not out for collection. They currently have a place designated in the garage, and also subject to a fine from the association if left outside the garage

We do not want any of this money from the security deposit but if you receive any fines we will request this money. These issues in the past that have been addressed by the association board, we feel the need to inform all of our guest about these policies. We want you to have a great stay and come back again in the future. Again these policies are for everyone's benefit.

**Security Deposit**

A Security Deposit of $300 is required. After the property is checked and cleared for any damage. If there are no damage / issues and VRBO actually charges the fee's. We do not charge a cleaning fee. Most guest leave the condo the way it is received. If we have to clean we will request a 75 dollar cleaning fee from your deposit. Again we do not want this money but expect to condo to be the way you received it.

    We loved our September stay at Gregg & Deena’s Wildwood condo. Clean, comfortable and spacious with smart shore décor, our time there was a wonderful melding of convenience (location) and comfort (their attention to detail). It’s, literally, minutes from great diners, bistros, entertainment and the one-of-a-kind Wildwood shoreline (a favorite of our family due to the gentle, gradual slope of the beach).I would highly recommend crashing at Gregg & Deena’s pad for a getaway or a full-blown Jersey shore vacation!5 Stars, y'all!

    The place was clean, relaxing and comfortable. The owner was friendly, caring, and attentive to our needs. Area is quiet. We loved the porch, pool, and the beach. Easy walking distance to the boardwalk. Lots of walking around and food galore. You can walk to several restaurants - no need to get in the car. We did take the car out one day and 6 miles away we were in Cape May. Great fun. We recommend this condo for a great vacation!

    This 2-bedroom condo was bright and clean and perfect for the weekend with our young adult daughter and her friend. Close to the beach and to lots of great restaurants, the condo came with a covered parking spot as well as convenient free street parking. We did not use the pool, but it would be nice in summertime. Good WiFi and all the streaming you could need. New shower is excellent too. Appreciate all the help and recommendations! Would definitely stay here again.

    The host Gregg is exceptional. He is responsive and extremely thorough with check-in/check-out procedures. The unit is very clean and is in PRIME location to beach and restaurants. Only 2 blocks to the beach and 1.5 blocks to restaurants. My wife and two kids stayed comfortably in the condo and enjoyed walking to the Christmas events at Mudhen Brewery. (Holly Beach Park next to the condo was nicely decorated too). I am looking forward to keeping in touch with Gregg for future stays, especially during the summer season. I can’t stress enough how ideal the location of this property is and the ease of communicating with the owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to plan your next vacation here. Thanks again Gregg!

    Area was perfect for our long weekend stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance and it was a short drive to the entrance onto the boardwalk with our street rod. Parking was great for our street rod and no worries about its safety. Owner was easy to contact and available if we had any questions. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs.

    Prime location two blocks from the beach and convention center with walk to access. Many restaurants in walking distance as well as small convenience stores etc. We stayed with our four boys and two adults comfortably. On site parking and pool. Owner was very communicative -phone call after booking and phone call upon check in. Bring your own -sheets, pillowcases (may as well bring your own blanket and pillow too) -towels (we only brought beach towels oops) -toilet paper -trash bags..dish soap etc Understandable that some properties want you to bring your own items and Greg communicated that with us in advance. We enjoyed having dinner and playing cards in between beach time. Pool on site was clean too. Nearby park for relaxing or frisbee etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We would love to come back again in the future. Full kitchen with some cookware
