The blankets were missing from the beds and dirty in a tote in the closet. Thankfully, our kids brought some on the ride down or they would have not had any.

This unit is very clean and convenient and ON the beach so you don't have to cross the street. Front desk was very helpful and responsive. It is nice to have management company on site if you have a question or problem. The decor is warm and bright but bathrooms and kitchens are not updated. The furniture is comfortable and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is a bit firm. There is a table and chair set on balcony for eating and a chaise to relax and enjoy the view. If you are rather tall, the shower heads are a bit low. My son is over 6 feet and he had to shower on his knees, I had to duck at 5'8. The view is beautiful and you can hear the sound of the waves as well as a bit of the beach noise like kids playing. The building is one of several (Phoenix 1-4) and there are basketball goals out on the tennis courts as well as shuffleboard. The indoor pool was a big hit for younger kids. They were painting the outside of building during our stay but we had access to the other pools at the other buildings but it was bit cool to swim. There is great beach access and plenty of hoses to rinse off the sand. The decking on the walkway is synthetic (Trex type) which is nice for no splinters and hitting your toe on uneven board or deck screw. Very short walk out to the beach and there is a walkway to roll stuff so you don't have to haul rolling cooler up a few stairs. The elevators can get really busy especially on check in day so be prepared to wait a bit. The dishwasher was replaced during our stay (no one told us until they knocked on the door to get model and told us they would be back later in week to install - not a problem, very polite maintenance staff and they were quick.) There were plenty of pots/pans,toaster,blender/crock pot etc. The microwave is really dorm sized and tiny. There is a washer/dryer unit and both bedrooms have TVs. The TV in the main area was fine and we hooked up laptop to watch a few movies that we had downloaded at home before vacation. Wifi is provided through the building as a hotspot (ie Unit 1001, Unit 1002, Unit 1005). It was a great place for our family of four for a nice get away and had everything we needed for the week. Parking was fine but would be tight on holiday weekend like Memorial Day or 4th of July. There are groceries and restaurants nearby. Flip Daddy is across the street and was good with live guitar player. Best meal we had all week was at Fin & Fork. Both in walking distance
