2BR Cook, Relax, Walk to Beach at The Beach Club Siesta Key #101E by RVA

Unit 101E is old and needs an upgrade. The small bathroom sink was clogged during the entire stay, including the shower. I went to the offices 3 times during my stay, during business hours, and there was never anyone in the office. I left a note for the AC and the sink to be fixed- AC was taken care of but the sink stayed clogged. The property around the unit was nice, a very short walk to the beach. However, the beach area where we were allowed to be in was so small ( due to the Hyatt and other private beaches for their guests only) that it felt very cramped and forced us to go to another public beach. Very inconvenient given that these are beach vacation homes.

Amazing stay, loved our stay

The location was great. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The bed in the master bedroom had the biggest dip in the middle that I have ever seen. You could actually see it even when the bed was made. Furniture needs a definite upgrade. Stains on the couch. Kitchen chairs were unsteady.

The king-size bed in one of the bedrooms had a significant dip in the middle of the mattress, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My brother and his wife found themselves constantly rolling toward the center, which disrupted their rest.We were also disappointed to find roaches in both the kitchen and bathroom. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property.With a few improvements, especially replacing the mattress and addressing the pest issue, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

Overall the room rental was great. The only down side is the limited are where you can put up your own tent due to hotel/condo beach hording.

Nice little gem in the heart of it all in Siesta Key…walking distance to the beautiful and peaceful Crescent Beach (make sure to take photos of it’s gorgeous sunsets), restaurants (Captain Curt has truly the best clam chowder anywhere, 7-eleven store, local boutique-supermarket, and much more. The apartment is very nice, clean, and has all that we needed. Will surely return here.

Footsteps from 7-11 and a great breakfast spot. Close to the beach, perfect location.

Our family has a wonderful time and stay at your resort. The amenities were wonderful and the walk to the beach was very short.
