Stayed Jul 2, 2023Condo was VERY clean! The property was great- plenty to do for the kids and swimming pools were awesome. Perfect location to easily get around Pigeon Forge.

Stayed Jun 30, 2019For the most part this property was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend keeping cleaning supplies in each unit. I would also recommend cooking spices and such on hand in each unit. Laundry facilities need to be in working order. Also update wi-fi. Only time you could access internet effectively was between 1am and 9am. Bedding mattresses needs replaced. And air conditioning filters need replaced more often. Other than that the pools, hot tub, and activities were suitable. Would be nice to have earlier than 10pm to 12am adult only in the pools. Bring your own pool towels, because the ones provided are not up to par, rough, and tiny.

Stayed Jul 2, 2017We stayed here for the week of July 4th and we absolutely loved our time there. It very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when we go back!
