2BR, close to Dollywood, hot tub!

Absolutely loved this condo! Being inside felt like we were in a private cabin! It was way bigger and spacious then I expected. I definitely will reuse this for future vacations!

This property was very clean. So much space..Loved that it was about 10 mins from all the action and entertainment without being right in the middle of it..will definitely stay here again..We enjoyed the hot tub right outside on the deck. The community pool was a distajce away so we did not use that bit that was ok as we had lots of things to do away from our room..we enjoyed our stay and I give it a 5!!!

It was clean but no handicap access for top floors. Not alot of parking. There was no xtra trash bags for the kitchen. Tv didnt work the first night we were there

The location was fantastic. Just a couple of minutes from Dollywood and all activities in Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues during our stay with the amenities malfunctioning, but Eden Creat did a great job of attempting to solve the issue. They came up with a short term solution and offered a credit for our inconvenience. Would stay here again!

The hot tub didn’t really work very well and the refrigerator leaked

Had no idea on 3 floor. Hard to make stairs. needs cosmetic upgrades,. Floor in bathrooms caulking around toilets and tubs. Touch up paint on walls. Mire towels would be nice. Had to wash every day. Kitchen was fine but refrigerator leaks and master bedroom breaker kept throwing.

This unit is really close to Dollywood. The only issue that we had was that it was the third story and there was no elevator. Hard on old people.

We liked being so close to Dollywood.

The condo its self was great. It was clean and roomy. I don’t know if I overlooked description or it just didn’t say it, but it was on 3 rd floor and no elevator. The last sets of stairs on our end was covered in what I assume was dog crap, so we used different set of stairs. The parking was a nightmare to say the least. We would go back again but try to get a bottom condo. My husband has had a knee replacement go bad. The condo has everything you will need. The ping pong table was a hit with the grandkids.

Nice spacious condo. Stairs were inconvenient to bring luggage in and out. Lighting outside the building was minimal.

Nice get a way to enjoy cooler temps.

Loved that we had so much room. Would definitely book again but request a ground level.

Arrived at our unit about 6:30 pm on check-in day. The size and layout of unit we perfect for our families (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 children). Very spacious and clean for an older property. However we quickly discover this AC is not work. It was 84 inside the unit. We reached out to the property manager and maintenance came quickly. Maintenance told us the AC unit had JUST been replaced and they could not work on unit or it would void warranty and they would have to get the contractor that installed to unit out. We were advised by property manager that the AC contractor would come out between 12 AM - 1 AM. We found this to be unacceptable for many reason but primarily a safety issue. We had planned to cook dinner at the property this night but forced to go out to dinner because it was too hot to cook and turn on oven. The maintenance staff went above and beyond to locate portable AC units and fans to help make the accommodations slightly more bearable. They delivered and installed these items around 10:30 PM. Several people had to sleep in living room with windows open and fans going because we were unable to cool bunk room. We reached out to property manager the next day for new accommodation and got the run-around. We were told the AC contractor was coming to fix the unit; while maintenance told us the AC contractor came and motherboard on unit was fried and could not be fixed until after out stay. Property mgmt said they could not provide other accommodations.

Condo was very nice. Wasn't too happy about being on the 3rd floor, having to walk up and down all the steps. And it can get very loud when they have parties, so no quite time on our porch at night a few nights. But couldn't hear the parties inside the condo. Great contact with company. Overall we had fun. Would definitely go again.
