Great location for our trip to bike fest. The property was clean easy to access and had all the necessities including hair dryer, body wash and shampoo. One minor thing the property didn’t have was a full length mirror.

The room and location was perfect. I stayed during the Shootout. Easy access to the lake. The boat slip was plenty big enough for my 24 ft boat. I would stay here again. There is alot to do around this location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, clean comfortable beds and an awesome view! I love the gas station/grocery store that’s right at the enterance to the condo. We spent a day at the pool and met great people including other condo owners. We are looking forward to staying again in the future!

There is some black dirt on ceiling & wall in living room & there was a ball of hair left from previous guest in bathroom. Other than that it was fine…

We have been to the Ozarks a few times over the years,but staying at your condo was the best ever! It was very nice and clean and we we also met some very nice people. We have already booked our stay for nezt year! Thank you for hosting us!

My son and I had the best time on our trip to the condo. Everything was as described, and the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!The kitchen was a little dirty, and there was still coffee and coffee grounds in the maker, but this would not keep me from renting again. Overall, it was wonderful!

They provided everything we needed to have a wonderful stay! Great communications and such a nice place to stay. Indoor Pool and hot tub and outdoor pool super nice. The whole facility was clean and nice. Having a boat slip included was definitely a game changer.

This is our second time staying at Traceys condo and it was as amazing as the first time. Cant wait to go back next year.

Everything was nice. Had to spray for wasps outside, but that's gonna happen.

Great area! Comfortable beds! Quiet! Wonderful view!!

The condo was the perfect size, very clean and easy to access. Just a couple of suggestions - the mattresses should probably be replaced. The master is rock hard, no give at all. The extra bedroom - the mattress sinks into the middle of the bed. No matter where you try and sleep, you sink into the middle. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay despite the weather.

Love the convenience of staying at Southwood Shores. They have an indoor pool for rainy days, a convenience store at the top of the hill, many units that allow pets, and affordably priced! This condo is one of our favorites with comfy beds, a boat slip, and is always clean!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. It was very well mapped out and made our stay easy. Overall, we have already talked about coming back! It is one of the best places we have stayed on the lake.

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. The unit has a nice view of the cove from the deck. It would be a great place to hang out in the warmer months. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The condo is located 10 minutes to the strip and the amenities located there. My wife an I enjoyed our stay and will plan on staying in the future

Perfect place to stay near our family to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was in order and amazing prompt responses to questions. I will definitely stay here again 😃

Great time would stay again

We did not have a smooth check in process. They were not ready for us when we wen to check in which made for a tough time with 2 tired kids but once we were in it was a very nice comfortable place with lots of things to do around!

Everything went great except for a few things. The condo needed a deep clean and a head board fell off the wall.

Will consider staying there again

Condo was as described. Parking at the condo was pretty awful, but this is not the owner’s problem. Inside of condo was clean and well maintained. Towels, dishes, coffee maker and ice were provided. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Property was clean and well maintained. It was a fantastic get away. My son never wanted to leave!

I would rather leave no review than a bad one, but we felt taken advantage of for the money we gave them, so here goes: I imagine the place would be just fine for those with 20/100 vision, but not for us, or anyone with young kids. The best thing I can say is that the owner should seriously consider hiring a PROFESSIONAL cleaning crew to hit this place from ceiling to floor. We found, without looking very hard at all: Lint and dirt on the floor at the foot of the king bed, filthy baseboards throughout, webs on the corners at the ceiling, greasy range control panel, dirty microwave (with someone else's fingerprints all over the keypad and crusty gunk on the door handle), nasty rusted over-the-toilet storage unit in the main bath, dirty doors especially around the knobs, wood deck full of twisted boards, old kitchen cabinets and Formica countertop from 1984, non-working ice maker, no deck umbrella, etc., etc. The dirt gave us pause about the sheets and towels--were they actually laundered, or just fluffed in the dryer? If the owner can't see all the obvious dirt, then they should expect comments like these. With a phone number having a 913 area code (KCK), I wonder how often the owner actually inspects their property? We've rented various condos for long weekends and have been satisfied. This is the only one that we won't return to, nor recommend to others.

Condo and property is a little dated but enjoyed our stay. Can tell that they are making updates to property. I would stay at this property again.
