Stayed Jan 21, 2023Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the ninth floor of a ten story tower complex, with a wide balcony overlooking the gardens and ocean. The condo was very clean on our arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff very friendly and helpful. One thing we did not realize was that as the unit was a fractional ownership, all kitchen disposables such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher liquid etc., are removed after each guest departs. These items are not expensive to replace, but could be difficult if new tenants arrive later in the day. A small “start-up” kit in the unit would be appreciated. The Playa Royal complex is very secure. The gardens well very well groomed with lawn and multiple palm trees. There is a shallow children’s pool and a separate adult swimming pool. Entrance to and from the adjacent sandy beach is through magnetic lock controlled gates. A covered beach restaurant/bar is within a few steps from the gates. Overall, a delightful relaxing place to stay, and well worth the money.
