Beach view was perfect. Very clean. The host was great with communication.

The home was very nice and clean. We had spectacular views of beach and gulf. We loved the idea of 2 pools. The main bedroom was great. The shower in one bathroom and tub in other is great. The second bedroom needs a new mattress. It was very uncomfortable as well as needing blackout curtains due to a light outside the window.

Condo was clean as was the whole property. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect. Close to restaurants like The Gulf and Cobalt etc. Condo was just was in good shape and was perfect for me and my daughter and two of her friends. Beach was great and would highly recommend.

This property is in a great location. You can walk across a sand dune bridge and be right on the beautiful Orange Beach.it is also a very family friendly building and area which was nice. Yet it is so cheaply furnished it distracts from the beauty of the location. It needs paint and, at the minimum, a refresh overall. The couch is leather but cracked and losing color where it’s worn from use. The silverware is the cheapest you can buy. The coffee maker is a regular pot that requires filters and coffee. Not a Keurig. The worst is the master bathroom shower curtain. The rod is too short and the curtain frequently fell down during a shower. When we got there the code given for the door was wrong so we had trouble getting in and then it was always difficult to open. The code for the gate to get into the parking lot was wrong. The elevators were frequently out of service or only one was working and there were 12 floors in this building. Fortunately we were on 2 so we could walk up. Other than all of that we enjoyed being there

The property was awesome,we just had a few concerns.the ceiling had a crack in it from the back sliding door to the kitchen area.the sliding door would not lock,but they did have a stick to put in it.then we had a little trouble with the front door lock,but I finally figured it out,you had to pull on the door and it would work perfectly.The condo next to us was a little scary,201 you could see the balcony was drooping on one end.but overall we had a good time,and would rent again.

The reviews were about right with the property. The furniture is dated and worn. The sofa bed was hard to pull out, there was a chip in the wall, the patio door lock in the living room is still broken, but they had sticks to put down for security. All in all it was a very nice and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. The beach was fun for the kids, and they really enjoyed the pool. Watching fireworks from the balcony was an added treat.

very relaxing vacation

Very enjoyable time there with my daughter and her husband and 2 small girls. Loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

There was just a few things that need looking into. The door going onto the balcony does not lock and the shower curtains need to be replaced. Over all it was a nice place to stay.
