Room was great. The beds and furniture could be updated. They were not terrible. Never could get the first bedroom TV working. Overall, very nice room and great views.

The condo was easy to get to right off of the elevators and extremely clean. I was able to use the Washington dryers no problem and we were able to sit on the beautiful porch and enjoy the sunsets. Bedrooms were ideal enjoyed the very large shower

The place was as advertised. The view was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable but there needs to be a better selection of pillow firmness. The check-in process was great. We did, however, run into some issues. 1. The sleeper sofa was dirty when we opened it up to sleep on. 2. The air conditioning stopped working on day 2. We came back from a long day in the sun and the condo was at 79 degrees. I called the office immediately and spoke with a representative and told them the problem. They informed me that someone would call me. I never received a call. I did, however, receive a text 2 days later asking if the problem was sufficiently taken care of. Well, I personally took it upon myself to try and takecare of the air conditioning problem. I worked on it for a couple hours. Then, I decided to turn it all the way off and reset the system. It did work but took another 2 hours to cool the entire condo. I was disappointed with the communication that was lacking from the Itrip personnel. 3. One of the electrical outlets in the bathroom was inoperable. I did try to reset the GFI with no success.4. The TV in one bedroom was not working with the remote, or they need some directions to better understand the process. 5. One of the cushions out on the deck was torn and not usable. We had a great time but the communication is lacking and needs to be addressed.

Our family had a great stay.

Locations was outstanding and very quiet. Would stay there again.

Great location and nice condo. We had a blast on our vacation and if we come back we will stay here again.

Very nice condo with plenty of room. We used the free tickets to zipline, do the coaster, and play miniature golf. The view is wonderful! The location was excellent with grocery stores within 5 minutes and the national park within 15 minutes.

Everything was amazing. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to gamily and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Great mountain views and location.

We took a short trip with the family for the weekend. The condo was absolutely perfect. The decor was cozy and welcoming; we felt right at home. The best part about this condo is the location in the heart of pigeon Forge. Literally took less than five minutes to be in downtown. From the check-in process to the checkout process, everything was smooth, everyone was so accommodating, and we will certainly be back to stay at Big Bear.

This place was in a great location and would definitely go back. Easy to get to and find. It was also super clean.

Overall good! Did find a used wash cloth in shower and dried body soap bar on bathroom sink! Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay and exactly what we needed and wanted. Great location with amazing view.

The only negative was the carpet was older and could benefit by being replaced. Super close and convenient; yet quite and away from the noise and commotion.

The condo was very clean and nice. The area it was in was very nice. We had everything we needed while we were there. We just wished the furniture was more comfortable it was worn and hardly had and cushioning on the arms all you felt was the wood frame when sitting on it. We didn’t know that it was the Jeep invasion the same weekend as we were down there. The traffic was horrible. But as far as the rental goes we would definitely rent again. Thank you all for a great stay.

He had a short and fast family break

We enjoyed our stay at Big Bear Lodge and Resort. The location is really close to everything the grandkids wanted to do. We had only two complaints. The unit was not as clean as I expected. Dirt and crumbs on the floor especially in the kitchen. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The owner might want to think about upgading the mattresses in both rooms! Will stay at this resort again but maybe a different unit.
