Good room close to broadway.

Great stay. Host was awesome and place was perfect.

Parking was great and everything was clean with exception to one thing.The blankets in the closet which both smelled dirty, not fresh.I do not believe they were cleaned.

Great clean place. Easy parking. We walked to Broadway a few times. Easy to park and use car otherwise. Great location. We would stay here again.

Great location easy to find very secure with coded elevator and door entry. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Fantastic train watching location, elevated tracks are right above your windows within 50 feet or so. Trains run approximately two to three times per hour day and night on the the days we were there a Tuesday and Wednesday your train mileage may vary on other days. You can quickly get used to the deep rumbling sound of the trains unless a train has malfunctioning brakes screeching. So I would suggest ear plugs while in your comfortable bed. But you're not going here to stay in your room all day, get out and walk to all the great locations and beautiful venues they're just mere minutes away. We had a great time.

We had a great time and the unit was every thing it was described to be. I didn't find the trains to be a problem at all and rather enjoyed them. We walked to Broadway every day with no issues. Excellent people to deal with. Thank you,

Everything was easy and nice, they cancelled the concert and had the next day so we wished the check out time was later than 10 am and they could have extended the stay instead of being stuck in our car all day long but other than that everything was great

We missed the part in the listing about the train, but no big deal. The place was clean, and worked for the short stay. Upstairs apartment was noisy through the night. You could technically walk to broadway in about 20 mins, but the 3 of us girls felt more comfortable in an Uber. Not bad, but probably wouldn’t stay again for personal preference.

Nice Place in Downtown Nashville

The apartment was great, very clean and plenty of space. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing i would mention is that it is right next to a railroad track so the trains were a little loud.

Loved the place, it was very spacious, great access from the covered parking underneath. My favorite was the very comfortable mattress! I guess I didn't read all reviews before about the RR tracks being maybe 50 ft away. It really didn't bother me as the midnight and 6 am trains were times I was awake. I only woke up once during the 3 am train. The host was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again. It was just 7 for our Ubers downtown each night. Very clean and well maintained.

Have a great time

Within walking distance of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the honky tonk bars on Broadway. This apartment was a perfect location for exploring Nashville. We quickly got used to the trains passing by and walked to the Farmer's Market on the weekend. Don't miss Monell's for a Southern feast!

We really enjoyed our stay. At first we weren’t sure about the location but once we got to understand the area a bit more it turned out to be great. We really enjoyed all the restaurants in Germantown that we could walk to. We walked to the farmers market and the park. Also walked to broadway but with the heat and humidity we took an Uber a few times instead. Our unit was close to the train track so we could definitely hear the train but it wasn’t that bothersome other people we talked to in the unit said they couldn’t hear the train.Overal really enjoyed the stay.

Loved the location. Very walkable neighborhood. The train was very close but we used portable fans in each bedroom to drown out the train noise.

This place was great except for the train tracks right next to it. The tracks are busy at ALL hours and I had to sleep with ear plugs in and still struggled. My hard of hearing friends were fine though! Appreciated safety and security of building however. Was very clean and perfect size for us.
