Welcome to Emerald Isle 0205, a Gulf-front two-bedroom condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, offering sweeping views of the emerald waters and sugar-white shoreline. Designed for comfort and ease, this inviting coastal retreat features a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and a private balcony accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom—perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf throughout your stay.
Inside, the condo offers a bright and open living space filled with natural light from expansive glass doors that frame the beachfront views. The living area is comfortably furnished with ample seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed setting for unwinding after a day in the sun. The adjacent dining area includes seating for six, along with additional bar seating for two, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, creating a private and restful retreat with Gulf views. The guest bedroom also includes a king bed and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Guests of Emerald Isle enjoy access to a range of resort amenities, including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center, and a dry sauna. Complimentary seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting), along with in-unit conveniences such as a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and two parking passes.
Located within walking distance of the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, guests have easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment, while downtown Pensacola is just a short drive away for additional attractions.

    The Condo was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Great views from the windows and balcony. Can walk right to the beach, restaurant’s are across the street and activities and shopping are nearby as well. The only thing I would suggest is a blackout curtain in the guest room as parking lot lights filter through the blinds when trying to sleep. Overall, very pleased.

    It was so convenient having 2 pools, a big hot tub and being right on the beach! The beach entrance had a nice walkway that made bringing a wagon so easy to pull. We will definitely be coming back!

    The condo was exactly as describe, very well stocked with all the kitchen needs. Appreciated the coffee filters, crock pot and coffee supplies to get us going. The condo had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

    A lot of TV channels, main bed’s mattress was very comfortable. The other bed not so much. We enjoyed our stay but noticed small ants in the kitchen
