Stayed Jul 9, 2025This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we were highly satisfied!! I cannot get over how SPACIOUS the unit is. The water slide in the outdoor pool was a major hit with our kids (except the littlest one who was unfortunately too short). Appliances were super nice—-refrigerator was huge (which is always a plus on vacations; we didn’t have to jam everything to fit it in a tiny space) The extra ice maker was SUPER helpful to fill ice chests for the beach. Beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about this condo and this specific unit—-we will be back!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We checked in, upon entering unit we could smell mildew. The smell was coming from the kitchen area, mostly in the area of the sink and dishwasher. The cabinets around the dishwasher were warpped/damaged from water damage and were still moist. The ice maker was broken and had leaked along the baseboard. Water damage was present there as well. We were told by the owner that the icemaker would be fixed but that never happned. He said he had to buy a new one and that it wouldnt be there for a couple weeks. The smell in the masterbath was unbearable at times.(not necessarily the owners fault because it appeared to be sewage vapors coming from the drain in the shower. Im assuming this is a building issue) This is not our first visit to Turquoise Place. We have stayed in 3 other units and experienced the shower drain issue at times in those units as well. Overall, the unit was clean and was consistent with what the online pictures showed

Stayed Jun 9, 2024I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place. 25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.
