Enjoy a refreshed 24th floor unit centrally located in Panama City Beach at Sunrise Beach Resort. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a stylish and comfortable setting all while enjoying the most beautiful unobstructed ocean views on the Emerald Coast. This is a great space for couples or a small family. This unit is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park and within walking distance to several restaurants, including the famous Sharky's. This unit is amazing!

All amenities are right outside the condo and include jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, and other beach activities.

As you enter through the front door and venture down the hallway, you are greeted by the living room/kitchen combination that shouts beauty and is modern and clean. The views are simply amazing! It is comfortable and decluttered yet has everything you need to relax and unwind and enjoy the Emerald Coast and white sandy beaches. The living room is equipped with a 75 flat screen TV. The dining room seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The space has been recently refurbished with new everything!

The Master bedroom offers a King size bed. A 55 flat screen TV awaits you along with plenty of storage as needed. The master also has sliding glass doors to lead you out to the covered balcony where the gorgeous emerald coast beach awaits you. The master bathroom is private and upgraded with a new vanity, lighting, and fixtures.

The Queen bedroom provides a plush and comfortable bed, storage, and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall.

The second full bathroom is located directly across from the queen bedroom and also has a new vanity, lighting, and fixtures.

Parking registration is required. The parking registration fee is $50 per vehicle. Limit 2 parking passes per reservation.

Easy self-check in is available via the keypad on the front door - a code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

If you are planning to stay more than a couple of days, we recommend bringing additional supplies as we only supply a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries.

There are beach chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay. Guests have access to the entire condo and can also enjoy the two pools, two hot tubs, the BBQ grills and picnic areas, and the fitness center during your stay.
