2400 Sq Ft | Sleeps 12 | 700ft Lazy River Retreat

This condo exceeded our expectations. Since we were three generations staying together, we had searched for a property that was not only large on the interior, but also offered the opportunity to spend time on the exterior. Thus, the balcony was huge and that is where we spent so much time overlooking the Bay. Management made check-in and check-out so easy. Everything was as it was described. Our thanks and gratitude!

Smooth and the property was amazing and definitely memorable. The host was so nice and helpful all the way. I really enjoyed the view of the water and the size of the balcony. Plenty of room for the family and the babies enjoyed the toys they left. Definitely worth coming back

Loved the bay view. Seen dolphins a couple times from the balcony. The 85 inch TV for watching the games. The pools and the lazy river were awesome. My favorite place we have stayed in the Destin okaloosa area!

We had a wonderful time and appreciate the quick response from the owners. The condo was in a great location and easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

We loved the area . Plenty to do ,boating ,fishing,pools,lazy river ,the bay a nice dock ,tons of good restaurants In fort walton and next door In destin.The Condo was very spacious Perfect for Us.Will go back ASAP

Rental process was incredibly easy. Space was even more gorgeous in person. We've stayed at Destin West previously and really enjoy the resort and amenities. This was our favorite condo to-date. We loved every moment and hope to return.

Awesome place to stay with great views, short walk to the beach and a lot of things to do close by. Overall had a great time.

It seems to be well kept, however dated. Bedroom carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Needed more towels for a large family. Washer needs to be replaced. Makes noises.

Absolutely loved this condo! Views and of the bay and pools were amazing on the huge balcony! So much space in this condo! It was perfect for our family and the kids loved all the heated pools and hot tubs! Would rebook this place in a heartbeat! Perfect location

This place was awesome! Great views, Dolphins in the bay, warm water, and plenty of room for our family plus 9 month old grandson. Thank You So Much! We will definitely be back.

My sister in law and I traveled with my 81 year old mother and 80 year old aunt. It was easy and close parking to the elevator and the condo. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. How've, it is past due for a deep cleaning. My bed in the double room was broken and uncomfortable. The carpet and shower needs cleaning. The kitchen was well equipped. The river is not accessible from Heron for those that can't climb stairs. You can get to it from the building next door. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. With a few updates with deep cleaning and repairing the bed, I would highly recommend and would definitely return again.

Enjoyed everything about this condo! Room sizes were excellent for our group and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Will stay here again for sure!!
