23rd Floor Penthouse – Gulf Paradise! Free Beach Chairs & Tickets!

Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom condo with 2 full baths! Love having the glass sliding door in the master as well as in the main living area. Breathtaking ocean front view! Everything was clean, well stocked with towels, pillows, toilet paper etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay.

Great experience from arrival to departure. Clean, scenic, close to everything. Great communication from owner. Great parking. Extremely happy with stay.

When we arrived, we immediately noticed how clean the condo was! I had a few questions and got an immediate response from Jenny. Everything was just as described in the description. The complex is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this condo!

The condo was exceptionally clean! The amenities were top-notch and the location was perfect—within walking distance to most restaurants and activities. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back!

The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were breath-taking. My family enjoyed their stay.

The condo was beautiful, views from the balcony were exceptional and located in perfect proximity to everything we wanted to do. The owners made sure everything was smooth from arrival to departure. We will be back.

The condo was as pictured and well appointed with everything that we needed. The freebies were a nice touch and we took advantage of several of them. I had a little trouble getting one of them booked and PBC reached out to Xplorie and the issue was resolved very quickly. The pool and gym were both nice and getting the lounge chairs on the beach was helpful as it's a very crowded section of beach.

Only 1 complaint, which is for light sleepers. The air conditioner is extremely loud. It woke me up all night long when it kicked on.Otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean, great amenities, walking distance to Pier Park. I would stay again, but would choose the bedroom furthest from the ac unit.

This property was perfect for our family. The views of the gulf and beautiful sunsets were stunning. The condo was furnished so nicely and very clean. We felt very comfortable and when we needed to ask a question, the owners were very quick at getting back to us. We loved having the beach and the pools right downstairs. The gym was very clean and useful too. We are already talking about going back. Another perk of this property is the stores that are so close by. It was a nice break from the beach to go shopping and there were also lots of restaurant choices too for the times we didn't feel like cooking in the condo. We did love the ability to cook in the condo though because it save us money and time to just make quick meals and the condo was well stocked with pots & pans. Bring your own spices or pick some up at the cute spice shop at pier park. Everything about this condo was great.

The property is super cute- Loved how it was decorated! It was very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. The location was nice for my two teenage girls to walk to Pier Park, it was a two min walk.

The breathtaking view from the 23rd-floor balcony truly made this stay unforgettable. Waking up to the expansive beach vista each morning was a delight. The accommodations were thoughtfully appointed and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the plush furnishings, every detail enhanced the experience. It was truly a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

It was a beautiful condo. Great location. Check in and out was very simple. When I had question, Barb and Jen were very nice abd helpful. Wonderful experience!

The property worked out very well. Clean, well stocked, well maintained, great communication from owners, perfect location, polite staff, easy access, good signage and information about facility. Really cannot think of one thing that could be improved. Unless they have control of the weather. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

This unit was beautiful! The view was unbelievable. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free beach chairs were a great addition and a huge reason why we choose this company every time. The beach crew was amazing as was the tiki bar staff. Every employee we encountered was nice and helpful. We got the upgraded parking and it was so amazing to be right at the elevator after a long day out with the kids. The double oven was an amazing bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation!

We utilized this condo for the Ironman PCB. The location for Ironman village and event was fantastic. The condo was nicely renovated and very clean. Location was great and the communication from the rental management company was top tier. Would highly recommend this unit!
