Very nice, cozy unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great. We didn't really get to use it much other than sleeping and using the bathrooms. Trying to figure out the TV was a challenge. We had rain /overcast skied every day but 2, one of which was sunny and warm. We've been going to the Aqua for 10 years now. Second time in this room because we liked it so much. Our only complaint was that the outdoor bar was closed for the season.

The interior is nicely decorated and you can tell that both the owners and management company strive to keep the unit in excellent shape. This unit has everything you need to have the best vacation possible. We loved the fact that beach chairs were included. When we decide to return to Panama City Beach, Aqua and unit #2306 will be one of our top choices for lodging.

The room is comfortable and nicely equipped compared to some of the other condos at Aqua. Truthfully, we didn't spend much time in the room because the weather was so nice and we found great food nearby. The bed was comfortable, but a bit high for a short person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo is great. It was very clean and check-in was quick. Appliances and large televisions are very nice. We had a small issue with the entry door code not working. Had to enter it repeatedly a few times throughout our stay to get it to work. The staff was very helpful when we were concerned about hurricane Ian possibly hitting PCB, since we had flown in and didn't rent a car.The Aqua resort is beautiful. It's convenient to Pier Park and WalMart and Target. This is our second year to PCB and each time we have flown and not rented a car. Uber from airport is easy and around $40 for two people. We had Wal-Mart deliver our first big order of groceries and walked there a few others times the two weeks we were there. Overall, everything was great and we hope to return, hopefully next year.

It had new appliances and was clean. The elevator situation was ridiculous. Long waits and anxiety since my Brother and I are handicapped and can NOT do stairs. No carts to be found, thank God we had family there that helped us. Conveniently located and near everything. Could not return however because of the elevator situation.

No complaint about the condo. There is however a problem with the building- we rented 5 nights were without water/electricity/ air conditioning four times. This is not acceptable. Our room would get so hot we had to leave & we won’t discuss not having flushable toilets
