When I have to pay $35 per vehicle, I don't expect big redneck trucks and general A-holes double parking taking up 2 spaces. Why are these vehicles not being towed? the parkign pass has thei unit number on it. It shoul dnot be a mystery as to who the offending parties are. Large trucks should be required to park on the roof!!

The a/c was broken for the majority of my stay and would flicker off and on. The maintenance team always responded in a timely manner but we spend our entire 5 days with workers in and out of the condo. The cleaning fee was very expensive for a sub par job. When we arrived I deep cleaned the unit and it was filthy. Hair in the shower and dirt all over the floors. Typically condos will have a little travel dish soap and some salt and pepper and this one had nothing. We had some friends staying in another condo a few floors below us and they left the unit because of bed bugs. The property and the unit need a lot of TLC.

Your typical PCB rental. Clean, had everything we needed to cook a meal. This was a unit almost on the top floor, so if you use the main elevator (closest to parking garage), you might take a while… so find the elevator on the west side of the building. Interior is just like the pictures show. The beds could be more comfortable, but you rarely get a hood mattress in a rental. The kids bunk beds do NOT have a door, don’t have drawers for clothes, etc. The bunk room is really more of a cubby hole cute in the hallway near the front door, so lots of outside/road noise. I’m sure it’s worse on the floors closer to the street (cars/trucks with loud mufflers, sound systems, etc). It would be much nicer to actually have a 2nd bedroom. Overall, good price for spring break & you’re not in the room much, right?

Everyone on staff was super friendly and the resort was nice and clean. Our room had an immaculate view of the ocean and was our little home away from home for the duration of our trip. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. Truly a wonderful stay and close to everything in town. We even walked to several places from the condo. 10/10 highly recommend!

We have stayed at Aqua Beach many times before but this time it was different! The condo was even cleaner than before, it looks like updates were made to the entire property and we are more than pleased with our stay. The only thing I would change is the process for purchasing your parking pass. It would be nice if you could do it online before arriving, possibly at booking would be better. We are looking forward to our next trip to PCB and staying at our favorite condos, Aqua Beach!

Our family occupied three condos last week and each one was perfect. 0708 was really our hub. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous views, and a very well equipped kitchen. The elevators worked great. The pool was clean and refreshing. Our dtr was married on the beach and The Aqua was the perfect place for that. The front desk staff was very accommodating, they answered all and any questions I had. We would love to come back!!!

I wish I would’ve had a little bottle of dish soap though. I did expect just a little because there was soap for the wash machine and dishwasher. I wanted to stay longer but the room was already rented out. However, The water was awful... Couldn’t wait to get a good cuppa coffee. Lol
