Stayed Dec 19, 2025The balcony view was perfect & beautiful. We had a beach view also in both bedrooms. Great to wake up to the sunrise every morning. Everything was very clean. Host responded quickly and so nice. Place was the perfect size great space and location. We had local family and had room to play cards while enjoying the view. Loved direct access to beach. The Location between Melbourne and Coaco Beach is perfect. This is an ideal place to stay with family.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025We were pleased that the property was clean as presented and the description was fairly accurate. The unit was well stocked with supplies. They went as far as having beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for our use. There was an abundance of paper products, coffee, and even included tampons! The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking and cleaning items.Checking in and out was both easy and straight-forward.We enjoyed both the location and this particular unit and would think about returning in the future.
