Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was an amazing unit and a wonderful experience. What you would expect for the price. However, nothing is perfect............ 1. The beautiful tile floors were dirty. My grandson was black and filthy after crawling around for just a few minutes. We kept him in a smaller area and cleaned the floor ourselves. 2. The master B/R mattress was torturous. Hard as a rock. Certainly not our preference. Beware of the massive bedframe! It kept falling apart. We don't like it that rough. 3. Bath towels were 70's Holiday Inn. Not the quality you would expect for this price. PS: Bring some dish towels. Lastly, We would definitely stay here again. It's at the top of the rental chain. Just needs some attention to detail.

Stayed Jun 1, 2021Besides one frying pan, no blankets and pillow cases for the fold out bed and murphy bed, and the patio furniture being very worn and splintering we had a great stay. We always have a great time at the Portofino. I was very pleased to see everything was back open and they even have sanitizer provided in all common areas and the workers were very nice and COVID cautious. One thing about the facility was they don't provide ice machines in the towers, so you have to go up to the lobby/check-in area and purchase ice because the tiny ice maker in the freezer did not even make enough ice for more than 3 drinks a day. With a family of 8 staying there it wasn't keeping up.

Stayed Mar 9, 2021We ❤️‘ed every minute!! Very very clean!!! Awesome views! Fish tacos were the best we’ve ever had in the restaurant!! Great servers in restaurant and outside bar.! ! Patrick and his crew at the water sports were great and very helpful. Electric bike was a wonderful experience. Problems..... Grill didn’t work...... management fixed it. Needed blankets as March is chilly at night. Management sent up 3 blankets.
