Stayed Aug 2, 2024The condo was spotless on the inside. It was quiet and the air conditioning was cold! The view of the beach and ocean was great. It was quiet and not commercialized. It was just the right size for just my husband and I. The property manager was very competent and made sure we had a good stay. While the mattress was comfortable the bed could use a new box spring. Every movement including getting in and out of bed caused the box spring to squeal. Also, the basket of bathcloths in the main bathroom looked like they had been there forever. I would have preferred if they had been in the cabinet instead of back of the commode. Yuck. The condo is in a real need of an update! For the money it was a good deal but the jack stands holding up the deck at the front door was kind of disquieting. Also, new tall outdoor chairs are badly needed on the balcony.

Stayed Apr 18, 2021The condo had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the view was to die for. Steps from the beautiful gulf beach and the beach service was great.Two reclining beach chairs and a huge umbrella. Unit #204.

Stayed Jan 9, 2021Loved this property. View spectacular, double wide balcony, steps to beach. Condo nicely furnished, all amenities in kitchen, it was just like home. Would definitely come back here.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024This unit was immaculate. The homey decorations were perfect. The extra amount of detail was so appreciated - the towels smelled fresh the whole stay and were big and fluffy, soft hand soap in every bathroom, provided us with paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Swim boards were available in the condo along with beach toys Loved the complimentary beach chair set up. We will be staying here again!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024Our condo was clean, however, the building was in horrible shape. An OSHA report is hanging up on the outside of the property. Parts of the building are falling apart. All we saw in the pictures were the beachside of the property which looked fine. The condo needs a lot of updating.

Stayed May 31, 2024This condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Right on the beach, we could run up for lunch or snack without missing too much beach time. It was in a very quiet area and was perfect for a relaxing anniversary trip. The host communicated well and was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.
