This is my fourth time staying in a Pier View condo, each time I've stayed in a different unit. I have to say this unit was my favorite by far due to the small touches that might otherwise go unnoticed if I didn't have the luxury of being able to compare to other units. First of all, the first floor location is convenient for those who may not have the patience to wait for an elevator or the ability to climb stairs. The view from the balcony is priceless. Once inside, the unit is delightfully decorated with a calming color scheme and a beachy motif. In the master bedroom, the bed was extremely comfortable, but perhaps my favorite small details were all the hanging hooks in the bathroom and the extra mirror/lighting/table outside the bathroom where I could put on makeup/spread out while my boyfriend showered. The instructions for the TV were very straightforward (in the past I've struggled with this!) and easy to understand. I also LOVED the puzzles! There is a 500-piece puzzle of Jennette's Pier (which you can see from the balcony), and I finished it before I left. These are small things but they all contributed to me having the most relaxed, enjoyable time I've spent in Pier View the past four years. I shall return!

Never been to a place in OBX in all these years where we didn’t have to bring our own cookware because the cookware provided was good enough to use and well stocked with the necessities! The master bed was so so comfortable. The view couldn’t be beat. It’s a very short walk to the beach, parking was easy, outdoor showers to get sand off, elevators, and the swimming pools were great and not overcrowded. The standard problems were there too as with all beach front properties, the sliding glass door is sticky, the carpets need scrubbed, etc. but it’s the best place we’ve stayed in the OBX!

We had a wonderful time. Great location, beachfront, quiet. My wife Daughter and I went down for Christmas. Travis and his team took good care of us. The place was very clean, well organized, and welcoming. Thanks again.

The condo was in great shape and was well stocked with dishes. The view was incredible. Plenty of parking. It was cold so the hot tub and pool were closed. Shwer water pressure was a little low. Elevator did not work but there was one for luggage so it was easy to load and unload. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, very comfortable beds and furniture, great beach decor, best beach views! Responsive host and maintenance team. Only suggestions would be for more towels, a bath mat in each bathroom, and more TP and paper towels when we’re there for a week. Easy enough to purchase but would have been nice not to worry about those items. Would absolutely rent this again.

The host has always been quick to respond to us. We have looked high and low, nothing compares to this condo. Perfect view, quiet, it's near everything that matters. It feels like you're the only being on earth, except for the occasional Dolphin. We'll return next year, for our 4th annual visit. We don't have one single thing to complain about!

It was unclean and no usable pans

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Private balcony with plenty of seating. Quiet area but within minutes of restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed. We love this area!

Everything was beautiful, All as listed, we only had a small issue with the bathrooms, the tubs didn't drain properly.

Everything from walking in on our first day and leaving on our last day went so smoothly and perfect. The condo is so clean and modern. The community is so sweet. We loved how close to the beach it was and pool was so nice to have an always so clean. We cannot wait to go back

Of all the places we have stayed at the OBX, this has been our favorite thus far. The location is great—it’s just a few minutes to walk over to Jeanette’s Pier from the condo (and to grab groceries for dinner from Cahoon’s Market). The balcony has a great ocean view and it is wonderful for watching the sunrise. We also liked that the balcony had a screen door so that we could leave the glass door open and listen to the ocean (having one in the master bedroom would be a great addition!). The kitchen had a wide array of pans and utensils so that we could make our meals. It was a lovely place to spend our time at the OBX. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and the view was amazing. Only downside was no TV in the second bedroom. We will definitely be back though.

Condo is in a great spot, views from the balcony were incredible sunrise and an orange moon rise as well, seen dolphins on 3 separate occasions while sitting on the balcony, convenient location to a lot of attractions, building overall showing some age, wished they had a sponge or dish brush to wash dishes or extra trash bags instead of having to go buy that stuff but that’s really the only complaint. Family of 4 with an 8 & 5 yr old we went in the off season no crowds and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the location and views, just didn’t plan right time of year as many places were not open due to the summer season hadn’t started.

Pierview 107 was great. Great location. We had to change our dates and the Property manager was very accommodating. Any question we had was promptly answered.

Great location for property in South Nags Head and the ocean views were perfect. Great condo for any kind of vacation.

This condo was easily accessible and in a beautiful location blocks from Jeanette’s pier.

I will start with the pros for Pier View 107. The condo unit was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in for the week. The king bed in the master bedroom also was very comfortable. Bathrooms were fine. The shower in the master bathroom was good with a decent flow. It was however a little difficult to access the shower due to the very high sides to get over to get into it. Overall nice place with a great location! Cons unfortunately, there were a couple. The sliding door to the veranda from the living area was basically unusable. It really needs to be repaired or replaced. We had to use the bedroom sliding door to go out on the veranda. The Kitchen sink had a leak which we found out about half way through the week when we did some dishes after a dinner meal. ( only used dishwasher once the night before we left) we ate out most nights.contacted property manager about it because we did have water not only under the sink but it came out on the floor as well. In addition whoever cleaned didn’t do much cleaning under the sink as there was torn paper all over within the cabinet area. Lastly didn’t appreciate that there were dishes in the dishwasher that we had to put away the day we got there. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed the stay regardless of the few cons we encountered.

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, clean property right on the beach. Super easy beach access and well kept property.

We stayed at this condo last year, and again this year, it's still perfect! This seven day rental can not be beat! The pictures don't do it justice, and honestly, the location can not be beat!! We hope you'll fit us in again next year.

Agree with other reviewers - the views make this place even better! Balcony space is great, comfortable chairs and table. Perfect views of the beach. Walking distance to the beach was also a major plus, you could be in your chair on the sand in under 2 minutes. Beds were comfortable as well. We are considering staying here again next year! Bathroom tubs and fixtures need an update and living room door to the balcony is very hard to open but these weren’t enough to take away from the overall stay. Owner communicated very well with me before the trip and we had an issue on arrival with getting the code and he was extremely responsive.

Looks like the pictures, good for 2 couples or a family. Close to stores, restaurants and it was right on the beach. Got a quick response for any questions we had.

Great location, view and overall facility. A little worn but adequate for our needs. Location is 15 minutes from a lot of things. We had no issues with property other than elevator not working which we were warned about.

Travis (owner) was super responsive and wonderful to deal with- went directly through him due to lack of info from VRBO (not his fault). Condo location was perfect, especially for getting to/from the beach quickly with little kids. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location with access to beach, pier, swimming pool and local attractions. Property owner was excellent with answering question. Fun beach decor and full kitchen with everything needed to cook our meals.

Property was clean and perfect size for a family of four. Super close to the beach, great view from balcony, pools were a bonus, and convenient location to area attractions!

We had an amazing week at Travis’s condo. The location of the condo can’t be beat! We were able to explore all of the Outer Banks easily. The view from the balcony windows is incredible!
