This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just a 1 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and only 50 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!

This unit is in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, HaagenDazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub. Although it is in the heart of Lionshead, the apartment is well insulated and quiet and you never hear crowd noise or the highway.

The deck overlooks Vail Mountain & Lionshead Square and the shops and restaurants. The billion dollar Arrabelle Resort & Spa is right across the street.

Amenities include: Flatscreen TV in living room, fire place, high speed wireless internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room & new kitchen. There is also a dedicated parking spot included with the rental.

The Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center is 50 steps from the condo’s stairwell. It is literally the closest building to the school & if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get your children reserved and situated in ski school & then return to the condo for another cup of coffee & finish getting dressed. And ..... the location is wonderfully convenient if you forgot something. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo but the condo & the location, location, location are well worth it!

If you need to rent equipment, we have established a relationship with a Ski & Rental shop just steps from our condo stairwell. They will provide you with a 20% discount off your rental equipment. They have excellent service and top of the line equipment.

Do note, there is no elevator in the building so there's two flights of stairs to access the unit.

    We love being in Lionshead so close to the gondola.We have stayed in this complex a few times before, and the other condos were in much better shape. In this unit, the living area is fine, as is the bedroom with two beds.Both baths need a refresh/update, as does the kitchen—though it did have the basics. Lots of lightbulbs out.The king size bed is too big for the second bedroom, and the closet was full of stuff. This gave us little space for our luggage and clothes, and we are both bruised from bumping into the bedframe.If you’re only about the skiing, then this condo is for you. If you’re looking to enjoy your accommodations, I would suggest choosing a different property.

    We stayed at this location and skied for 5 days. It’s an ideal location, close to the gondola in the heart of Lionshead. We loved walking to restaurants and to the slopes. The place is in need of an update, which the pictures accurately show. The beds were extremely comfortable. The heat wasn’t super effective, but the host provided space heaters which made it comfortable. I would recommend the host restock kitchen supplies as we didn’t have a regular spatula or enough spoons for one breakfast. Otherwise, we had a great experience!

    We enjoyed our stay at this condominium in the heart of Lionshead Village. It is about a 2 minute walk to the gondola and there are shops and restaurants all around. The grocery store and the free bus to Vail Village are just behind the unit. The unit itself is decent size for 3 - 4 people and feels bigger with the cathedral ceilings. Furniture and beds are pretty basic as is the kitchen but they get the job done. The condo complex is clearly among the oldest at Vail and somewhat sad compared to the newer developments but it is priced accordingly. The reason for 4 stars is that one shower has very low water pressure while the other has very high pressure and both suffer from unpredictable sudden changes from warm to scalding every time we used them. The hall bathroom also needs a new shower head. Unrelated to the condo itself (but the reason for its price) - the skiing was amazing with plenty of fresh powder on a massive footprint.

    Great stay!!! Love the location!!!!! Not far from groceries, gondolas, board shops, and restaurants. Oh and Sunshine Massage. You can't beat staying in the village. This vrbo was perfect.

    The location was awesome - right in the heart of Arabelle in Lionshead. Overall this unit was adequately clean but I probably would not stay there again. The carpet was badly stained, the dining room chairs very unstable, the small sofa and loveseat very old and very little cushion support on back and seat so you sit very low - not comfortable. Bedroom with king size bed was extremely tight space but bedroom with double beds had great space. Mattresses were very comfortable. Also since it was on the third floor, we had to climb two full flights of stairs to get to the unit since there is no elevator but we were told that ahead of time which I appreciated. Again, location made it worth it and RJ was great communicating with us to answer questions and needs!!
