I loved everything about this property. It’s definitely a hidden jewel. The view of the lake the decorum was exquisite, elegant, and modern rustic at the same time. My family absolutely loved it and definitely will be visiting again.

The condo is beautiful, with gorgeous views, lovely decorating, and everything we needed. We spent a much-needed moms' weekend sleeping in and luxuriating in being responsible for only ourselves. We went hiking at the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake State Park, checked out the local vineyards, used the hot tub, and even got pedicures. February is definitely the off season, but it meant we had the building to ourselves and didn't have to wait at any restaurants! The fireplace wasn't operating, but that didn't impact our stay. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We ended up adding an extra night to our stay bc we loved the condo so much. There was plenty of room for our family of five.

The pool was great, water a little cold

The unit was super clean and spacious. This unit is not on the point overlooking the mountain and lake as we thought but still an amazing view of the cove. If you bring a boat, be aware that the main ramp does not have a dock and is is not steep enough for some boats. We found another ramp that worked for us in the community. Both Tiffs and Bruno's restaurants were good. The unit has many items for your use. Pickleball paddles, floats, cooking supplies. Very comfortable beds. Only thing missing was wine glasses but completely loved this place.

The condo was beautifully situated on the lake and well-decorated and appointed with all we needed for a relaxing getaway. Appreciated Jason's timely communication in answering a few questions for us! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We plan on hopefully coming again next summer.

Loved our week here. Lots of room. On a quiet inlet off the main part of the lake. Nice little beach down the hill. The owners were very responsive to questions. Spent a lot of mornings on the deck just watching nature.

Check in was easy. Wi-Fi accessible and without issues. Kitchen could use a few things. Not a fan of drinking out of plastic cups and we brought coffee for a drip coffee pot so we had to buy a K cup pod to make coffee. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice unit and quiet.

Beautiful condo in a great location! We travel annually to Smith Mountain Lake. This condo was very well designed and the hosts were accommodating and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor living space was great with lots of seating. (we even saw some deer). Easy walk to the boathouses, gym, pool and Bottles and Bites. We don't hesitate to recommend this rental for your stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Evergreen! The condo was stunning and spacious for our family of 5 (3 tweens ages 11-12). Remarkably clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even spices and k- cups. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the a/c was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it stormed. Gorgeous views of the lake. Very quiet and secluded during the week, definitely noticed it picking up on our last day. We went to the pointe pool everyday and had it mostly to ourselves the whole time. Loved being able to rent a pontoon right on site and have dock privileges. Being from a metropolitan area, we didn't plan for early restaurant/store closures, so keep that in mind! The on-site dining locations are not open all day, everyday, so have a back up. Alessandros pizza saved us our first night! Food lion is about 25 minutes away, along with a cute little area of shops. It was too hot to enjoy the pickle ball courts but they were very close to the condo. We were looking forward to live music at bottles and bites our last night but the storm ruined that. Next time!Hosts were good communicators and very kind. A bunk bed with the queen bed and a TV in the guest room and maybe more comfy seating in the living/ dining area would be my only suggestion, from a mom of tweens who argue over sleeping arrangements . Thank you for the lovely accommodations!

Wonderful stay, the condo was clean, comfortable, beautiful and contemporary. We had a wonderful balcony that over looked the lake. We fished , caught over 10 pound fish and cooked 3 of them. We attended a big wedding with a lake party. Memories were made

Room was very clean and modern with nice amenities. The check in process was unfamiliar to me and would prefer in person check in. Overall I thought it was a bit pricey for future stays.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay here and enjoyed every moment. We are so grateful to the hosts for working with us during an emergency situation in the fall (Hurricane Helene) when they so generously rescheduled our trip. Although I'm sure we would have loved the fall colors, the spring was just as beautiful. I didn't even know this was a golfing community when I booked this stay, but it made our visit even more enjoyable. Neither of us is a golfer but we enjoyed watching them and seeing them everywhere! I also sent pictures to my golfing family members.The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished and had all we needed. (I do recommend for future visitors that you bring your coffee K-cups if you like strong coffee.) We loved sitting on the deck over the lake and spent quite a bit of time there. We also took a little trip to Smith Mountain Lake State Park, right nearby. We plan to come again!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend while my son was in a fishing tournament. The condo was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We loved it. The only issue we had was that it didn’t come with a dock slip and we had to leave our boat at the floating dock provided by Mariner’s Landing at an additional cost and there was no power there to charge the boat batteries. Other than that, it was perfect!

This was a very nice condo with beautiful views. The condo was spacious and decorated tastefully. We were pleased with the good condition of the tennis courts, pickleball courts, workout facility, and pool. It is conveniently located next to a lovely state park with lots of trails and views of the lake.

Our stay was excellent! The amenities were great, from the indoor heated pool and hot tub to the property itself with beautiful views, a great balcony with dining space, and a relaxing and clean screen porch. The house was so calming and peaceful. It was accessible very easily from the parking lot right outside the door. The space was cozy, well-decorated, and clean. The hosts were very good at communicating and quickly answering any questions! We hope to come back during the summer and enjoy the lake and outdoor pools, but this was the perfect place for our winter getaway! You won’t regret booking here!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend of reconnecting with old friends. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Gorgeous views from the large balcony and screened porch. The hosts were very responsive. The amenities in the community are excellent- walking paths, pool, hot tub, golf course, exercise room. We enjoyed the neighborhood bistro for dinner out. We hope to come back next fall!

Nice condo that is clean and comfortable. We hoped to enjoy a romantic fireplace but, unfortunately it wasn’t working as shown in the pictures.

My husband and I visited to relax and unwind with some beautiful lake views and this condo did not disappoint! The property owners were very friendly and communicative. Check in/out was super easy and unloading/loading the car was a breeze as this unit was on the same level as the parking lot. We enjoyed walking around the trails and sitting on the porch. Although it was the off season (we went in fall) there was still plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well decorated, nice view. Faint smell of cat pee on the living room and master bedroom rugs. Couldn't find the place as the building numbers are not lighted at night.

We had a wonderful few days at the condo, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in, making the process seamless. We especially enjoyed the spacious balconies with the stunning view of the lake. This condo, exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Perfect for couples or families looking for a great getaway!

Long weekend stay for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 9). The condo was plenty spacious for all of us - very nice sized rooms and living area, and the porches overlooking the lake were lovely. The ameneties of Mariners Landing were WONDERFUL! We pool-hopped between the 3 pools (which never got very croweded at all despite this being a weekend in August), ate at the cafe, played pickleball and basketball, and the kids could have spent HOURS In the free play arcade/game room. We had a great Friday night listening to live music and sipping wine under the tent while the kids ran around the playground and courts. Everything was walkable from the condo. Only advice would be make sure to pick up groceries on your way into the property, as you are very close to anything to pick up things if you plan to eat in!

We enjoyed the comfy beds and screened in porch with wonderful lake views. Great communication with hosts!
