2 Suites, Hot tub, AC, View of the Golf Course

Pleasantly surprised to have both access to the SHARC and the condo pool as well as a hot tub. Right on the golf course as well! Two primary suites and an extra bedroom downstairs works perfect for our crew. Village properties was also super responsive to all our needs which was greatly appreciated and will for sure bring us back next year! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed this property. Clean, well decorated, great floor plan with space for all and a great location. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck reading and relaxing between excursions.

I have never written a bad review, but this stay was such a huge bummer I have to share. We searched and booked this home based on two requirements; a pool, and air conditioning. When we arrived to our dismay, the pool was closed, and appeared to have been that way for some time. Even though the booking advertised the pool as part of the destination. I immediately contacted the owner to share my utter shock and dissatisfaction, to be met oh ya the pool is closed and we haven’t changed our listing. Our stay was Labor Day weekend and the temperatures where close to triple digits. We had no access to any pool, the owner made no effort to remedy the situation besides offering us ice cream that they never gave us. Our plan for the hot weekend was to swim and we had absolutely no way of doing that. The house had no SHARC passes, and you can’t get general admission due to Covid. Our three kids were so disappointed. The air conditioner stopped working the first night of our stay. It was super hot and uncomfortable. I let the owner know the next day. Someone came to look at it, and then they proceeded to accuse us of turning the AC too low (which we did not!) and didn’t fix it. We had no air conditioner that night as well and into the last day of our visit. The saddest part is I tried to communicate every issue, and I hate writing this review, but when you spend this kind of money it is so unfair and frustrating to be treated this way. I hope no one else has to experience this, but this was so very unpleasant.

Great location in Sunriver! Wonderful deck with golf course view, right off bike path. Four cruiser bikes in the garage for use of guests. Fabulous layout for entertaining. Two large master suites along with a third bedroom. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Overall OK. Don't park your car in the driveway unless you want it to get sprayed every night by the sprinklers. 2 people can't shower at the same time because you will run out of hot water.

Village Properties was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. The condo is very nice, spacious and well appointed. The bikes in the garage were practically new. There was a small issue with the umbrella on the patio table. I requested help with it around 4pm and it was fixed by 9am the next morning. We were very happy with our stay and will look to book this for a future trip.
