Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $75 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75/week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!

Pool open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

**In-season Apr-Oct 28th $75 registration fee applies to all reservations.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.



Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own!

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

    Rooms were hardly cleaned. Floors were dirty, bathrooms were dirty. Uncleaned bathroom towels were tossed in the corner of the closet. 2nd floor living area TV was non working. Sliding screen door for balcony was broken upon arrival and incorrectly placed in the door to make it seem like it was functioning. Not very happy with our stay.

    The Quay 2504 was Beautiful! Property was easy to check-in, clean, kept up, beautiful views, host was great and easy to work with. Enjoyed the welcome sign, personalized the welcoming of the family! Will definitely rent through host again! Loved it!

    Great location and easy check in. Be aware of the spiral stairs going to the two upstairs bedrooms. It is narrow and feels like an add in. One of our party was 8 months pregnant and I was concerned about her going up and especially going down those stairs. It may be an issue for an older guest or a heavy person. Be aware also that one of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft. They have a nice curtain screen but it is a loft. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable for our stay.

    I know that this is a beach home. However I don't expect to see mold, rust in both shower area of the home, and the master bedroom bathroom door makes a very loud noise when opening & closing. Also no face cloths or enough towels to accommodate my schedule party. Also the front desk was no help at all. His only reason for check-in was to get $50.00 for parking on the property. Also because the house is located on the 25th floor. I don't consider that to be a penthouse? Also the steps are very narrow and dangerous.
