2-story end-unit townhome near beach with deck, AC, outdoor pool & fast WiFi

Pool was amazing! Clean, good size home! Only suggestion is some fans in the bedrooms.

Pool right off the back deck, more than enough parking spaces if traveling with multiple vehicles. Tucked a few blocks back from the highway so it’s not as noisy, but it’s less than a 10 minute walking to the beach. Neighborhood was clean, quiet, pool very well kept. However, the furniture, mattresses especially, were incredibly uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep comfortably for our entire trip. Tiny little grill also. Really the only complaints. Enjoyed our trip very much, but the furniture would be enough to have us look elsewhere next time considering the price point on this rental.

First visit to this home, frequent visitor to North OC. The home, in general, was beautiful. Great setup for our family of 5. We loved the pool access, and closeness to the beach. Definitely a quiet area, so we were nervous about violating the noise rules with our 3 young kids, but everything was fine. Unfortunately, I did identify 3 issues upon arrival, that were not able to be addressed until the afternoon before our departure. Guest services was timely in text and phone response, but the actual resolution was not timely. When I followed up, they simply said the manager is aware. One of the items pertained to pest control. The issue was bad enough that I had to go buy my own remediation products, just to make us more comfortable. Pests are unavoidable, but they can be maintained. The level of activity altered our use of the kitchen and dining room areas completely. This was very unfortunate as the rest of the home was great. Without the pests, easily would have been 4 or 5 star review.

We got in late and I originally rated it a 2. I changed the rating to a 3, but the carpet was dirty, walls were scuffed, banged up and the tv had hand prints all over it. It suited our needs and it was our first VRBO/family vacation. My friend, who has VRBO-ed before, was very disappointed for the price. I have no experience to compare. We will VRBO again.

Loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and the pool was right off the deck so we could easily get to it. Only issue I would say was some of the appliances didn’t work like the coffee machine or toaster oven. But overall would come again.

Perfect house for our 2 night stay. House had everything you could possibly need and was in a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for family getaway. We really enjoyed the front porch in the evening. Place was nice and clean and exactly how it is pictured.

Setting and location were very appropriate for our family.
