2-story dog-friendly condo with patio, outdoor pool, W/D, streaming, partial AC

Checkin and access was easy, kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, utensils, and appliances, there were portable AC units for customizable comfort, lots of space, great storage, provided toiletries. Easily the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Checkout was a breeze, too!

Nicely updated. Comfy beds. Nice bedding & towels. The two doors (screen doors included) could use a good cleaning & repainted. The baseboard ledge throughout the unit was dirty & walls could be washed. Right by Fashion Square Mall & close to Old Town Scottsdale. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and nicely updated. Except for the two main doors (front and back) - they could each use a coat of paint or three! Unfortunate first impression…. A coat of paint would fix that. Also, well stocked kitchen for utensils and spices and stuff. But it’s the first VRBO that I have ever stayed at without any coffee on hand! We got in late the night before and were looking forward to a coffee the next morning. Had to go shopping.

Was in handy location ,with Oldtown Scottsdale close by.Satisfied with stay only complaint was the livingroom TV. It kept disconnecting from the wifi and no over the air available.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very thoughtful in their remodel of the space. The bathroom vent fans & registers could use a dusting/cleaning. The property was well-appointed with everything you need. The few issues I can see with the property, are the front and rear doors are cracked and splitting apart and also the assigned parking spot couldn't be further away from the unit. I realize this may not be able to be changed but i wanted to mention it. The street parking is much better in relation to the unit. Didn't have any issues with the street parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Great location and beautifully decorated. Cons: No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms (hot!), broken pull-out couch, gash in front door, broken lockbox, and property management poorly trained.

Quiet community and great location! The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Be warned that the guest room has no AC unit so during a heat wave it can be extremely warm, but the main room and downstairs did stay cool!

Disappointed is check in process. Unit number was missing in check in text. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Researched more and found in old email. Internet didn’t work very good upstairs. When telling the manager during check out he was a bit rude. Made a suggestion to him about maybe having a little flour and sugar he laughed and was condescending. Place great kids enjoyed pool. Neighbors at pool were very welcoming.

Only down side was the half bath smelled like sewer. Another guest thought they booked same site. Customer service straightened put quickly
