• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Before leaving, please move any outdoor trash to the dumpster in the brick building next to the garage.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance.     Townhome problems ⁃ Front door issue with opening & locking ( almost like battery is going out ) ⁃ UPSTAIRS BEDROOM (right) ⁃ Full length mirror off the door ⁃ No hangers in closet ⁃ Ceiling lightbulbs out ⁃ Very dirty ⁃ One bed mix matched sheets in different colors ⁃ Outlet between beds bottom one did not work ⁃ No bath mat ⁃ Not enough towels for guest ⁃ No hand soap, etc. ⁃ only one hair dryer in the whole place ⁃ Towel bar coming out of wall ⁃ Toilet tissue holder completely out of wall ⁃ Sliding door into bathroom doesn't work. ⁃ Third Floor Bedroom to the left ....... ⁃ Toilet tissue holder broken ⁃ No lights working in bedroom ⁃ Shower curtain is mildew & disgusting ⁃ Leak from toilet to tub ⁃ Air Filters are disgusting ⁃ No hand soap, shampoo, nothing (dispensers empty ⁃ Only 1 under light in kitchen works ⁃ GROUND FLOOR ⁃ Bedroom on ground floor toilet seat oval on round does not match ⁃ Shower leaks ⁃ No bath rug ⁃ No hair dryer ⁃ Filthy - battery on thermostat going out - Mold on showers and tubs

    This VRBO had a lot of great aspects that made our stay worth it but it could definitely use improvements. Pros: - Location - very close to the Gulch and Broadway, felt safe, walkable to coffee, parks, etc. - Good for a large group of people, we had 15 people and it was very comfortable with everyone getting their own bed if they chose - The Roof!! We loved the roof especially because we got lucky with weather, the spacing was great and we spent a lot of time up there - On the surface everything looked great and the pictures are accurate! Cons: - I think that they could do with a deep clean every so often to make this stay more enjoyable. It seemed like things were clean on the surface but not when you really looked at things. - Mold in the crevices of the bathroom, on the lights of the bathroom and the fan. I have a big mold allergy and did not feel great during the duration of the stay - None of the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) were filled, we had asked ahead of time if these would be supplied and the answer was yes, ended up needing to purchase these items while in Nashville - Multiple rooms had lights out, one room had a light covering missing, light coverings missing in the halls - requested this to be fixed which was able to be done the last day of our stay - Cobwebs in the stairwells - Oven in one of the units did not work - Bunkbed top bunk was very difficult to climb up to, did not have a safety bar - Wifi did not work well

    Our large family had plenty of space to spread out in the side-by-side units. Both units were very clean. The bedrooms were roomy and had attached bathrooms. The rooftop area was wonderful. We loved having two kitchens to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The location is a quick ride to any tourist spot. Allen was quick to respond to any questions.
