Stayed Jul 24, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This could be amazing little gem if they would update. Here’s some things that I noticed. King Bed needs replaced. There is a large indentation on one side where you can’t help but roll into. Blinds broken. Rocker and sofa outdated. Could use darkening blinds. A new coat of paint to brighten the room. The vacuum in the closet removed so your clothes don’t smell. Needs bedding for the sofa bed. But location was great!

Stayed Oct 8, 2024Great location and the apartment/condo is very dated. The pull out couch is in very bad condition. The shower feels like you might fall through the floor. Just really needs some attention to furniture and the tv never worked for us…the remote was broken

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My best friend and I had a wonderfult stay at HBV #235. The only thing we would have changed is the curtains behind the bed. There were some of the slats missing and people across the court yard could see into the room. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed Apr 22, 2024We really enjoyed this little condo! It is older, but it was very clean and cozy! The welcome kit in the kitchen and bathroom was very helpful. Location is great, and so many great places to explore and eat! Highly recommend the Grits A Ya Ya at the Great Southern Cafe! Best bite of food I’ve had in a long time! Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: All good except there was not enough lighting in the bathroom, over the bathtub there was not a light to light it well so it stayed kind of dark, the shades in the living room could not be opened all the way and the tv channels were hard to change. Other than that we were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean though it was an older unit.
