2 Minute Walk to the Gondola/Private Patio/Great Amenities

The location is ideal.for dining, shopping, hiking and mountain buking. Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Walls were pretty thin and you could hear the outside and neighbors pretty easily. Otherwise the place was great

This is a great condo with easy access to the gondola. The ski lockers are simple to store your equipment and quick to grab on your way to the lifts. The condo itself is very nicely appointed and has a very nice balcony looking north east.

We stayed a month. The host was great and easy to work with. The HOA Manager and staff were wonderful. The condo was comfortable and in a great location in the village. We enjoyed the morning sunshine and loved the fireplace. The underground parking was a great asset as the weather turned cooler and the snow fell. We made use of the pool table, the hot tubs and sauna. We were there for opening day and the lighting of the big River Run Christmas tree.

Lovely property. It was quite warm without AC but I was so thankful for the portable fan that was provided. It was a great stay!

First all the important things - the place was exactly as described, it was very clean and very complete, the views were almost as good as pictured but there is still some nearby construction (but not noisy). Easy to connect to wifi and the speed was perfectly acceptable. I have some limitations on my ability to walk but everything in the River Run village was right in the backyard and the Gondola is only another block.The underground parking was convenient, easy to access and I always found a spot right near the elevators. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is a longish walk from the elevator but you get used to it. Check in was easy, just stopped at Skyrun and everything was ready for me. The directions were a bit confusing and probably should be updated e.g. use the building side of your key to enter the garage. Huh? You get three card keys, they are all the same, there is no building side and all three open the building, garage, and apartment. I didn't make much use of the kitchen but it looked fairly complete. The bedroom had quality linens and plenty of towels The bathroom had plenty of pressure and the hot water was almost instantaneous in the shower and at both sinks. All in all a very nice and convenient place to stay.

The place was clean, as described. Loacation was great. Proce affordable.

Amazing

You cannot beat the location! Park your car and no need to go anywhere for the long weekend. The condo is clean, well stocked (kitchen utensils and towels), and amazingly quiet. The 60 second walk to the gondola, three hot tubs on site, access to the heated pool and large hot tub, and short walk to dinner or groceries- it is a perfect condo for a long ski weekend.

This rental was exactly was we were looking for! The short walk to the gondola made for an easy ski-in, ski-out experience. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a homemade meal, cute living room, and lots of extra blankets and pillows. The whole process from check in to check out was very easy. 10/10!

Worked well for 2 adults; would be too tight for 4 adults; maybe OK for 2 adults and 2 small children.

Silver Mill has a great location in River Run

Clean house, good amenities nearby, good location. would have been the best if the room had air conditioning/better temp control.
