2 Master king suite with Amazing Views!! Pools, hot tub, and lots of amenities

The property was nice and well maintained. The condo condo was nicely decorated, equiped with everything that you need, comfortable beds, and funiture. Rate it 5 Stars from check in to check out.

Just returned from staying here for 4 nights. Wonderful views from 7th floor balcony and attractively decorated. It has a very nice pool complex and convenient parking. The negatives were that the primary mater suite bathroom toilet seat was broken. It had obviously been broken previously with whoever, attempting a poor repair job (probably trying to avoid not receiving their full security deposit back). Without going into gory detail, a moving toilet seat created quite a bit of discomfort. Additionally, the floors were not very clean, particularly the wood floors. It also would have been much better if it had a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

This condo was easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. We have always stayed in homes and this was the first time trying out a condo. We did not regret it! It was wonderful being so close to everything but still having the quiet and seclusion. We could even see the Titanic from the window.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and perfectly decorated. We visited during Christmas time and they even had a tree up for us. It had everything we needed including kitchen utilities. Property manager responded within a timely manner to any questions we had. The location could not have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the Pigeon Forge area.

Everything was as described. Nice and convenient location. Condo was clean and we had everything we needed. There was an issue with the swimming pass, which was finally resolved. Tv's could stand to be updated. Would probably stay again.

Location was perfect! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo was great! Heather was easy to reach and even let us check in a tad early so my infant was able to take a nap. Will definitely be back!

The elevator was out the whole week, it got repaired on the last night, I communicated with the property manager that my wife has rhumatoid arthritis and 7 flights of stairs was not good for her to have to navigate, I was told it was out of their control, others in the building were stuck in their rooms, others also got refunds to go stay other places, we had spent our money on this place, and could not go get another place, so the week was miserable for us, I contacted the HOA and county, and also tried calling the elevator repair service several times! Will not stay in tho unit again, as there is no concern for someone’s health and well being! My wife has suffered with arthritis for years and this did not help her at all!!
