My beautiful home is nicely equipped with 2 master bedrooms plus loft, forced heat and an on-demand (tank-less) water heater sleeps 8 comfortably. Bedroom one has a King bed, TV, and full bathroom; bedroom two has a Queen bed, TV, and full bathroom; loft has 2 twin beds and 1 twin over full bunk bed. Stayed Feb 16, 2026This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 2 adults, 5 20-something year olds. I really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms. The biggest selling points: 2 parking spots, the mud room, large and modern kitchen, great WiFi, and the green line shuttle right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfy. The host was very responsive. When we return, this will be the first home I try to book again- thank you! **The jacuzzi wasn’t super warm but we stayed during a huge snow storm. Everything else was perfect.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Everything was great! Very big, clean, comfortable condo with all the amenities you need. Host was very accommodating and the location is superb right near Vons grocery store. Only a short walk across the street to Green Line Bus stop straight to Eagle Lodge.We would love to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 24, 2025By far one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at in Mammoth! Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and Kevin was very responsive. We stayed here for Christmas when it dumped and was thankful for a mud room in the entrance and several shovels. The kitchen had clean and new dish ware. The living room was full of games. I loved the ability to adjust brightness for all the lights. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Owner of this condo, Kevin, is awesome! He replies promptly for any question and so gracious!This unit has everything: 2 parking in front of the unit is very easy. The newly remodeled kitchen had everything and pretty large to accommodate all of us. This condo is perfect for 8 people and our family always book this unit whenever available. The location in town is so convenient. Short walk to the shuttle bus up to Eagle, to the Village and to the Main lodge. Green line and red line stop is short walk from the condo.We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025Our stay was perfect location to walk to stores, Starbucks, restaurants, rite aid. The home was immaculate and had comfy beds and a beautiful large couch and more perfectly organized pots and pans and so many sharp cutlery and every type of glassware you could possibly need. I was jealous. Our family will definitely stay here future visits:) Thank you to Kevin and his family for our 5 star stay:)
