Stayed Feb 7, 2026Great stay as El Faro Coral 303 ! The condo is beautiful - spacious, and comfortable with amazing views. Lots of closet and drawer space, great balcony. Plenty of room for a large family or group without ever feeling crowded. El Faro is the best location in Playa, with friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and pool area. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again !

Stayed Jan 9, 2026We enjoyed our stay in C303! The condo was exactly as advertised, with an amazing view of the ocean. It is located in a prime area, walking distance from restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and pharmacies. The property staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and did a great job of maintaining the common areas. The property management team was also very responsive, responding to emails immediately, and made sure we were comfortable and took care of all of our needs.The condo needed a few minor repairs, but I sent the list to the property management company before we checked out and they said they would address them.We would definitely book C303 again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025El Faro is a beautiful well maintained property. I would recommend to anyone! This was our 3rd year staying here. Seemed to be quite a lot of children this year - sometimes not convenient at the pool area. Also, we had a lack of bath towels & absolutely no bath hand towels. We knew enough to bring our own washcloths. Otherwise we were quite happy with our experience.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024I cannot say enough good things about this apartment in El Faro. The panoramic, two-story view of the pool and ocean is amazing. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three sitting areas, two dining areas (including balcony), and a nice kitchen. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. The swimming pool is amazing and open for morning and evening swims. The location is close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and the ADO bus station. And the ocean is right there, so accessible, with a well-maintained beach. The El Faro staff are lovely. Our stay here in Playa del Carmen was wonderful.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024We loved our condo . Very clean .we had an issue with the tv and it was immediately fixed . Location was perfect . Stepped out into the pool and then the beach right there . Restaurants on the beach were great too . Would love to come back .
