Stayed Sep 16, 2023When you are handicapped you unload in a handicap spot blue lines you ask if you can stay parked there. Attendants say you can but you get a written ticket stating you were in the way. NO signs staying no parking not my fault. You park again in another handicap spot you get another written ticket for parking pass wasn't visible for them to read. Where was I to put my handicap card then? POOLS were VERY VERY COLD ocean was warmer. Bathrooms closed had to walk all the way to the other building just to use the restroom. Can't have water by the pool ridicules. Security told my husband he needed his wrist band on, they make them for kids size my husband is a large man with big wrist. You need a better idea adjustable ones would work for everyone. Elevators were not working on one end of the building making very hard to get anywhere from the east end or west end of the building. Owners said it hasn't been working for months.Sheets didn't fit the beds they had holes in them. Refrigerate was leaking water from some where under the freezer getting top shelf wet and then freezing over. Furniture very OLD and uncomfortable needs to be remodeled. A/C did not stay at 70 degrees it was hot all the time took for EVER for hot water. Over all very nice lobby like the attendants with taking down names and room numbers so everyone has a chance to use them. Clean outside pools and hot tubs. We will not be back we have stayed in better cleaner places before.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023First, Real Joy Realty was great, easy to work with quick to respond to questions. The beach area was awesome but bring your own chairs and umbrella. Chair rental for a day was 65$ for 2 chairs and umbrella, we visited 8-19 - 8-26. Now the bad things again nothing to do with Real Joy Realty. The security hired for the property would patrol the parking garage for violation such as your parking ticket on the dash instead of hung on the rearview mirror that will get you towed. Parking tickets have to be filled out correctly no blanks. Finally, and most confusing to us and others while we were there is the pool area. The security team watches cameras and foot patrols the pool area to make sure drinks aren't in the pool and are 6 feet away from the water. Now at first, I thought this is for glass containers which makes perfect sense; however, this was any container and any liquid. YES ANY LIQUID even water wasn't allowed in the pool water, you would be asked to take your drink out of the pool 6 feet away. I will use Real Joy Realty if we go back to Panama City, but we won't choose this complex.
