Stayed Jul 23, 2025Excellent stay but ants crawling on the backsplash wall of kitchen in AM. Other than this, our stay was fantastic! We plan on booking again :)

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Location of property is good, very close to the beach. Parking was convenient. However, the inside was not clean, floors were dirty and caused white socks to turn black after a few steps. Stains on mattress pad/box spring in one bedroom and mattress cover in other bedroom was so dirty with sand/hair/debris it could not even be used.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025The house itself is great, and in a super convenient location. However, from the moment we booked, the owner made us feel like he didn’t trust us. For context, my finance booked the property, and he’s 26. I’m 24, and we brought my sister and her friend (18 &19) as a graduation gift. The booking rules say you need to be 21 to rent, NOT that no guest under 21 can’t stay at all, yet the owner called us and had to grant “special permission for us to stay”. After that, the day we checked in, we were given the wrong unit number so the code provided did not work. I called the owner who immediately asked me to text instead, and then waited 2 hours for an answer from him about how to proceed. I finally had to call him again, and when I explained our situation, the first thing he said is that “he has a lot of conflicting information about our party and feels uneasy about us staying”. I called on behalf of my finance, and was extremely clear that we were both in the car. Before booking we offered to send over our licenses etc as assurance that we are not underaged, yet they never asked for that. It was so odd to be treated like we were not trust worthy, yet we’re never given the chance to discredit that idea. He never apologized for insinuating we were lying, for not responded for 2 hours, or for providing the wrong unit number so couldn’t check in. The real kicker was that there were ACTUAL senior week kids staying right above us, who clearly were never ID’d either!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This is a nice property for a small family with an amazing location... Just steps from the beach that had a handicapped accessible ramp right down to the sand. Well appointed kitchen and nice deck with table to enjoy a meal outside.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024I had a problem with keypad entry. The property manager responded immediately and fixed the problem. Quiet location. Great for families.
