    The condo was nice overall, however there needed to be some deep cleaning done of the unit. The rugs were dirty, all the faux plants were covered in thick dust, and the broom needed to be replaced. We had a great view of the ocean and it never felt crowded in the complex. The complex needs some updates especially around the pool.

    This is a budget friendly option. However, it is in need of updating throughout-broken recliner, dryer had a very loud noise coming from it, and kitchen supplies (bowls, silverware, etc) need updating. Parking passes were $55 each, which was higher than we have paid at other condos. Overall, not bad but not great.

    I was very pleased with my stay. It was very convienant to the beach, shopping, eating. The unit was very clean and our view from the balcony was fantastic. Only Negitaive thing that I could say was check out time was very congested at the elevator. Everyone was trying to get loaded onto the elevator at the same time. It took about 45 minutes for us to come from the 6th floor to the ground floor. I will be back again and I thank the owners for allowing us to share the beautiful view.
