Stayed Sep 6, 2024This condo was great. It was well furnished, and had everything that you need to have a great time at Daytona Beach. Had no issues with anything during our stay. This area of Daytona Beach is showing some age, but the property itself was immaculate. Liked that the property was secure, and only tenants and guests had access to the facility. One recommendation would be to have towel bars or hooks in the master bath so you can hang your wet towels after a shower/bath. Other than this minor issue, we highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024My wife and daughter and her best friend and I stayed there for one week. We stayed in this complex two years ago and loved it for spring break. We returned to a different unit this time. We love the pool and the beach access and the close proximity and the friendliness of the staff. We feel comfortable here. We did have a few problems with Refrigerator and some lighting but the property manager was able to address our concerns without any significant impact our stay. We plan on staying here again.
