Stayed Aug 21, 2025We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. LOVED having the screened-in porch and deck. I would have given the condo 5 stars but the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updating. The bedrooms need to be painted and have new carpeting installed. We also told the management company that neither of the bathroom sinks drained properly and needed some basic maintenance. That said, we would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. We woild rent again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Lovely condo with a can't beat location! We usually rent a house with extended family for a whole week but circumstances were different this year and we couldn't make family beach week happen. We were very familiar with the Inlet Point Condos but had never stayed until now. We appreciated being able to not have to book a whole week but still have a fantastic beach getaway! This condo had the perfect location for a stay with small kids - just across the street from beach access and right across from one of the pools. We loved the peekaboo ocean views and you could hear the waves from the screened in porch. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved crabbing and fishing off of the community dock with our eldest. It was the perfect size for our family and the master had plenty of room to set up the pack n play for the baby. Beds were very comfy and water pressure was great. Our only hiccup was that the wifi stopped working and the TVs were app only set up. It seemed to be a faulty router or power cord which is a Spectrum job to fix. With it being a weekend they were likely unable to get out there before checkout. So not really anything more that could have been done other than having a little more communication from resort management - we heard nothing back from them after reporting the issue. So we had no TV or wifi for half of our stay, but that wasn't why we were there anyway. Overall a wonderful unit and a lovely stay!

Stayed Apr 14, 2025Great condo and location. Condo needs deep spring clean. Porches nasty. Bedroom carpet nasty. Sheets , towels and communication very good! Inlet point very safe and fun location!!!
