Stayed Aug 16, 2024This property is well maintained, comfy, and within a friendly community. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was perfect for our needs. The one drawback (not to the fault of the hosts, who were fabulous) is the stairs from the parking area. If you are older or have small children it might be difficult.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This space was the perfect size for our group of 4 for a short weekend trip away. It's within a short walking distance to the gas station for any quick needs as well as a craft brewery that's walkable. The property grounds were well maintained, including the pool. I initially thought we were going to be too hot without any air conditioning available and temperatures in the mid 80s, but the overhead fans kept it comfortable.Our hosts Scott and Jodie were just a quick text away to answer questions and address concerns and were generous enough to allow us check in early.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025This property is very bright and clean. Convenient to BNH Pavillion and surrounding towns. We really enjoyed the town of Meredith. Weirs beach is great if you have small children. Lots of restaurant choices. I wish I skied so we could stay in the winter and use the cozy fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.

Scott answered all our questions leading up to the stay and during the stay. the unit was very clean, and well stocked. having laundry facilities on site was a plus as well. we give this unit 5 stars! thanks scott and jodi
