2 BR, 2 BA Newly Renovated Condo with Pool

Pool and fitness area which are prominently shown in the listing are not open, likely haven't been open in months/years and show no signs of being open anytime this decade. Decent place to stay. No shower bar or curtain in one of the bathrooms. Very few supplies for stays longer than a day or two. No dishwasher soap, shampoo, etc.

Clean, comfortable

Clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. I really enjoyed the patio with the warm weather Calgary was having. The condo had most cooking items you would need for in the kitchen other than salt/pepper etc, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies and and laundry facilities are provided which was a huge bonus when travelling with kids. The pool/fitness Center is a very short walk from the condo so not a big deal at all. Parking is in a garage for one vehicle, the spot is a little tight for bigger vehicles. There is a visitors pass for parking out front as well. Parking on the street not too far away was also safe as it’s a nice area of the city. Overall the condo was clean, in a great location for us and very fairly priced. We would definitely stay again if we needed to be in that area in the future.

Convenient location , pretty quiet . A good place to stay . Only downside was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the unit.

Towels were not in the bathrooms. Had to hunt them down and they were very rough. Broken shower door in master bathroom and broken toilet handle. Furniture is very uncomfortable. All in all it was ok, but price is a little high for what you get.

This place was great for our Calgary trip! Tanya, allowed us to check in earlier as we had driven from BC. It was very much appreciated! Only struggle we had was with the shower door in the master’s bedroom. It wouldn’t close by itself we had to put tissue paper for it to latch on, otherwise i highly recommended this place!

Great two bed, clean, comfortable condo. A little disappointed that the pool entry needed you to be able to disarm the alarm but perhaps with further communication with the owner this could have been sorted out, but we didn’t have a lot of time to do this. We did not have the parking garage key upon arrival due to the previous occupants taking it with them but Tanya sorted this out as quickly as possible and was only a message away, which was very reassuring. The building was very quiet. No noise could be heard when inside and the condo entrance was conveniently close to the parking garage. I would totally recommend this condo to stay in. The price was excellent and beds comfy!

Despite saying 'with pool' in the title, there was no FOB included in the condo to allow us to access a pool. Upon contacting the host a half hour after check-in, I received a story of one FOB not working and the other taken by the previous guests hence not having either of the FOBs. I also live in a condo building with a FOB system and am able to retrieve a new FOB 11AM-7PM 6 days a week therefore there was no effort put into gaining us access. When the owner did decide to respond, I asked for monetary compensation as I specifically paid extra due to the fact the condo has a pool, and was told if I leave immediately after the first night (I booked two nights) she would give me a refund. I told her as it was my wedding day, this is not a possible solution for me to pack up and find somewhere else to stay. I received no further messages back and have yet to receive any compensation. As a side note, our stay was 5 weeks after full Alberta reopening following covid and there was no basic amenitites provided ie. coffee, shampoo, and we ran out of toilet paper immediately. As well, even with the temperature outside being 15 degrees and the fans supplied inside, I was unable to sleep in what felt like a sauna and laid on the living room floor at 2AM trying to cool off. Hope this helps someone out!

Our stay was excellent. The area was beautiful. Any challenges we did have were quickly resolved. Only downfall was the weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. My older parents struggled with how hot the condo was. Overall though the property and host were fantastic! We would come back but probably closer to fall when weather isn’t as hot.

Nice unit but it does get quite warm on hot summer days. The host provides fans but they’re not sufficient to cool the unit. My biggest issue with the unit was a lack of response from the host when we discovered that one of the two building keys wouldn’t work. We’re lucky we had both sets of keys with us or we would have been locked out.

The property was clean and well located. We used Calgary as a base city for day trips throughout Alberta and found we had we had quick easy access to highways and any kind of shopping we needed.

This quiet home was exactly what we needed for our 2 week work travel to Calgary.

We arrived and the apt was ok the windows were dirty, the fan blades covered in dust, the master bath had 2 bath towels and no hand towels, the other had 2 of each. The check in was easy. The big thing was there was no internet or tv. We called the owner and were told the people before us had no issues. The next day it was a national outage and the next spectrum was to come over the next day to repair out. Tanya said she would discount the rent by 50%. We stayed. After we returned home we asked about the refund and she texted it was being processed. It never was. She refused to talk with us or VRBO. DO not rent from this individual. first told it was a national outage. Then

PROS Property location is awesome, in the center of everything. Very clean in general. I did step on some form of nail/needle on the floor which I left for review. CONS The nail thing was not awesome. Biggest issue was the fact there is no air conditioning. This may be normal for Calgary but when we arrived the temperatures were extreme. First night was pretty bad. Air Conditioning would make this property exceptional.

The property was great. It was comfortable, clean, convenient to downtown Calgary.

The unit was clean and matched its pictures. It needs a shower curtain rod in one of the bathrooms. Other than that I would recommend.
