2 BR 1.5 BA Unit Near the Boardwalk W/ A Pool. Great for Concert Weekends!

Property was as described, clean, and great location. Communication with property group was timely and helpful. Unfortunately the larger bedroom had the worst bed I have encountered on a stay. Several pieces of plywood under the mattress that squeaked at every slight movement. Would've booked again for next year but not with that terrible bed.

As soon as we reached after driving for 9 hours, we found the storm door was locked from inside and there was no way to open it from outside. I notified property, who was willing to send someone to fix within 1 hour. I managed to open the storm door open using the screwdriver from my car (thankfully I keep a toolbox in the car for emergencies which I never used prior to this time). As soon as we went inside, we noticed the sand on the floor which was not visible but could feel it on your foot. First thing I had to do was to find the vacuum cleaner and clean the whole house, put all the linen and pillow covers which were delivered in a duffle bag. Then at the sleeping time found that they only had two comforters in the house while they advertise it as good to sleep for 6 while we were only 4. I notified the property manager who confirmed that this is the norm to only provide 2 comforters in the house, and I need to buy 2 on my own, so rushed to find a TJX which was still open, bought extra comforters before even start enjoying our vacations. I certainly do not expect to deal with these kinds of things on day one of my vacations, so based upon my experience, I certainly would not book or recommend this place.

Great location for the boardwalk and fishing pier! Coins use a good cleaning ceiling fans and under furniture. Beds are tiny not sure they are queens and the mattresses are terrible and squeak with each move. No extra blankets for the pull out sofa. If you have kiddos don’t plan to use the pool it felt more like a 55 plus community. Overall we had a great stay but can’t wait for our own beds!

10/10 recommend. Place was beautiful and clean. Very spacious and made you feel like you could live there forever. We are looking forward to rebooking next year!

House was as described. Check in process was very easy and well communicated. Great location where you could walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this house again.

This was a great place to stay. The check in process was easy, the condo was in perfect condition, and the location was good.
