    Beware when submitting a request for booking! Make sure you are 100% sure you want to book this place and you don’t need to make any changes or you’re within the free cancellation period because Mark will NOT reply to your messages about that and will accept your booking request no matter what. Even VRBO was trying to get hold of him for weeks and they said they couldn’t get hold of him. And VRBO has no way of retracting your request for booking. Not sure how Mark got such great reviews for communication bec he responds quickly if you’re asking for simple requests, like extra soap, but if you bring up any issues, he doesn’t respond to your message. Hence, the 3 stars bec communication is really important to me so I was stressed that we would have issues getting help if we need to find the place or get into the unit since he was so unresponsive. The place is nice and clean, however, one of the towels had stains and looked dirty. The pillows were also too soft but I found a couple of extra ones that were more firm but had no pillowcase. Extra clean sheets and pillowcases would be nice to have. The cookware was good heavy quality and good selection of cooking utensils, spices, and supplies. The unit is 5 mins walk (in regular shoes) to the Carpenter & Silverlake Lodge lift which was super convenient. Shared laundry with the building was just outside the condo and there were 3 washers and dryers so that was convenient as well. We loved having 3 full bathrooms.

    Very clean, had everything we needed, wonderful location with an easy, short walk to ski school and slopes, great hot tub, easy check in and check out. The entire family had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

    Mark’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Deer Valley. We really loved the hot tub and fireplace after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. We were only there three days and chose to take the parking lot shuttle across the street to snow park lodge each day and used the Park City shuttle service down the street (a right turn walking out of Red Stag Lodge) to get to Main Street in just a few minutes for free. It was all super easy. Mark was also helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

    Property location was amazing- we walked to Deer Valley to ski. Hot tub was great and the property owner had nice white robes for us to wear. Property was clean and accommodating.

    The condo was great and well stocked. Both bedrooms are very large and beds were comfortable. Short walk to lifts, easy enough for a 4 and 6 year old. Would definitely stay here again. Property Manager was very responsive with any questions we had while visiting.
