Welcome to Paniolo. Please come and enjoy our two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment, which has been furnished to ensure an enjoyable accommodation for the entire family. Located on a second story, this large unit with a private lanai provides a perfect view of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Discounts to the golf course are available to renters, or you can simply enjoy watching golfers pass by while relaxing, having a drink, playing board games or having dinner on the lanai.

The unit islocated in the quiet village of Waikoloa, only a 15-minute driving distance from everyone’s favorite beaches (Hapuna, Kauna’oa, Waialea, and A-Bay beaches). The complex has a clean, heated swimming pool and a tennis court also available to renters.

All amenities included. Convenient parking is located just outside the building. One bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy is assured (the other bathroom is accessible both from a bedroom and from the living room). High-speed wireless Internet access (up to 600 Mbps) is available throughout the apartment, 3 flat screen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room; 2 have cable service), DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay.
Since our goal is to ensure that you feel like at home, you will find we furnish many items to help you enjoy your hobbies without the hassle of figuring out more details: fins, snorkeling gear, body boards, beach towels, etc. If you don’t find something you needed let us know and we will see if it makes sense for us to also provide it for your next visit. A pack n’ play, high chair and stroller are also available to cover the needs of your little ones.

There is a 4 night minimum stay except for during the Winter Holidays and Thanksgiving seasons when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

    The condo itself is a typical unit for the area. It is aged, but generally in decent condition. The king size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen supplies include a large assortment of good pans, many storage containers and ample silverware with most things that are normally provided. The ice maker in the full size fridge works very well. The tap water tastes good, so be sure to bring refillable water bottles to use during your stay. All appliances are in good working order, including the large capacity washer and dryer. I did not use the beach gear, but it seemed to be of better than average quality. The view from the lanai is very pleasant. It overlooks the golf course but has a large mesquite tree near the railing and a few other smaller trees just beyond that, providing a nice buffer and good privacy. Most rentals in the area do not have AC which usually isn’t a problem. The windows do need to be open most nights for comfortable sleeping. With that said, there is considerable road noise from Paniolo Avenue which is the main thoroughfare for the town. Ear plugs could be used, if comfortable enough. I used a white noise app on my phone to drown out the traffic. There are several loud motorcycles, souped up cars and utility trucks that begin as early as 4:30 am most days. There is also some early morning noise from the golf course grounds crew.

    This condo in Waikoloa Village was just what I was looking for. It is convenient to everything and has a very well-equipped kitchen and all the right beach toys waiting in the closet. I found it to be relaxing and cozy and a very stress-free stay.

    Location is great. Unit is clean and well stocked. Quiet, with the exception of the second bedroom (road noise), but tolerable. My only wish is that there was more outside options like a communal patio/picnic area. The lanai is the only real outside space and I like being outdoors in Hawaii. In January, with windows open the unit was well ventilated.

    Nice property, nice area. Well maintained 2 bed, 2 bath. All the amenities you need. Well stocked kitchen and condo. David was wonderful to deal with! We had difficulty getting into the unit and he was immediately on the phone with us trying to sort it out. Would recommend this property and would absolutely return! Thank you for everything.

    It was clean and well organized. The property had everything we needed, plus extra towels and bedding. The view was beautiful overlooking the golf course. If you are celiac, there is a really good Thai restaurant within walking distance that has gluten free food. I would stay here again.

    David’s place had everything we needed for our stay. It did get hot inside but once windows were opened, there was a nice breeze to cool us down. The twin beds in the second room are on wheels so they move easily and not sure how safe it would be for smaller kids. Loved the balcony and grill. Very quiet area. David communicated with us promptly. Definitely would recommend!

    I had a nice stay with my kids, over 4th of July. It was fairly hot, but it helped to be able to open all the doors and windows to capture a cross breeze. David was very helpful, whenever questions came up and it was nice to have access to the recreational amenities (pool and pickleball). I also appreciated being close to a great grocery store. I would stay here again.

    We were very happy with our stay this year. The condo was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations. David was a wonderful host, and was very quick to respond to all questions I had prior to our trip. We would definitely stay here again!
