Stayed Jun 11, 2022Usually stay at South Forest Beach. First time in Palmetto Dunes. Really liked the area and property. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Only one bathroom is not ideal but worked out just fine. Nice deck with grill. Walking to beach is possible but way to long. We rode our bikes to the Dune house which was just fine. It is also a short bike ride to Shelter Cove. I Plenty of stores close by too. Its a beautiful area. I would stay again for sure.

Stayed Jul 4, 2020Won’t be renting this one again. Plug outlets need updated. We struggled with chargers and hair dryers. Carpets were gross. Walls were dirty

Stayed Feb 24, 2018This villa needs a little more updating in some areas. Kitchen has nice appliances and counter tops. However, very poorly equipped with small electronics and gadgets. Could really use a working blender and light under the microwaves. The only bathroom really needs some help. The very old non working whirlpool tub because of its height is very difficult to get in and out of. Medicine cabinet needs a new latch. We toured other villas in Kings Grant and this villa was overpriced compared to other units. And then there were the spring breakers staying in the adjacent villa partying until 4:00 AM Loved Hilton Head, not this unit.
